Kyle B. stopped by today and performed beyond expectations. We reviewed all things heating and air and have come up with options to get things taken care of. His explanation of each individual issue my home had was thorough and well explained that even I, someone common without any knowledge of this stuff could keep up and understand. He knows his stuff. I rarely keep business cards, kyles definitely has made a spot for safe keeping. Thank you Kyle and 1-800 plumbing. Super grateful and extremely satisfied with our service today. BTW he didn’t do just one home, he did two of ours that are backyard neighbors, so he was able to go between both homes and do his thing. Thanks again. We’ll be in touch. 💪🏽

There was a continuous leak somewhere causing water damage to our floor and underneath the cupboards. In the last 4 years I have called for service/repairs, several different plumbing companies. Then last week I had to call one again for the same problem. The company repairman was here under 15 minutes then said that we would have to replace the dishwasher that a pipe had broke underneath it. I knew that wasn't the case, so I called 1800Plumbing+Air. Within 15 minutes one of their service vans showed up! They were prompt, polite and explained everything to me. They set up the same scenario as the last plumber did examined carefully, the dishwasher then the garbage disposal. within 5 minutes they knew that it was the garbage disposal. They replaced it very quickly. I was so impressed with their knowledge and professionalism! What a winner Kyle is!! I asked many questions and he took time to answer all of them and explain things. He also explored options to make the things happen that I wanted done. No other place where I obtained bids was that thorough. He was not only a good businessman, but he was genuinely interested in me as a customer. He definitely is a people person and I enjoyed and appreciated working with him. That said, a few days later when Kyle came back to install a new kind of filter which had previously been ordered, he informed me that the company had abruptly closed his office in my city and he wouldn't be able to install the humidifier we spoken about or follow through on additional agreements in the contract. Since he now had the filter which I had had paid for, he felt that he should bring it over. Others weren't so lucky. They had let him go and taken away his truck and uniform, so he was in his own car and clothing--and was out of a job overnight. Their main office is in Idaho (I live in Utah) and they kept that office open but accepted no responsibility for any contracts or agreements with customers in my area. I don't know what exactly what happened in the office in Idaho to cause this callous and irresponsible care for their customers but AVOID this company even in Idaho since their interest and concern is definitely not with their customers.
