I'm glad I gave these guys a call when I went into my utility room and heard a spraying noise and felt the tropical humidity of the burst thermal tank of our water heater system. Anthony came within about thirty minutes of the call, and he took the time to teach us all the things that were wrong with our setup. You don't know what you don't know! Grateful for experts who take the time to explain and teach. I felt like I could trust what he was telling me. Hard to know always what to do in an emergency, but we felt good about his assessment and plan and price for it all. And within about two hours, all was repaired and rearranged for the better. He also patiently explained other things we might do on our own or have him do later if we want. He personally sent me before and after pictures. Now we know a thermal tank needs changing, a water heater needs yearly draining, and things to do to get closer up to code in our special aging house. Appreciate the quick and professional and friendly service.

Erik came promptly and helped out so much! I have no experience with this kind of stuff, and he explained things very well, which was helpful for me! One thing was that the caulking looked like it had a little hole, and I’m not sure he would have caught it, so I’d just double check those things a few mins after. That being said, he came back before leaving and fixed it, which was awesome! He also taped over the holes cut in the drywall, which was much appreciated. Thanks for the prompt same-day service!

I wanna share that Frankie and Eric give an awesome job of coming out to my apt complex to replace and repair some shower pipes. Both were able to tag team and get get the job done. When one left, the other stepped in, and vice-versa. They were great communicators. Knew the job at hand that needed to be done. Both gentlemen were polite and professional. Overall fantastic experience.

Frankie from the Bluffdale location came to help us solve a clogged toilet problem that's been persistent for several months. He assessed what needed to be done quickly, communicated very clearly and easily with me - making the whole a process pleasant and totally de-stressed the situation!! He got his tools and proceeded to unclog stubborn toilet and cleaned it all up very nicely for me within 20 minutes! Definitely going to use these guys again. So I had a PRV that was too old to fix, and a very odd plumbing setup in this 1979 house. I tried to fix but it needed full replacement. 1-tom is the first plumber I've ever worked with since owning a home. The job was unique, and maybe a little bit more intense than expected. We sadly ran into issues with leaking and the work not taking well. What I am impressed with is even through the mistakes and upsets, that this company FULLY BACKED THEIR WORK. They didn't charge me anything extra past the first charge. And even with unfortunate events unfolding, they took care of it all without complaint. They never once snapped at me, nor did they try to fight me on the issues. They owned the problems entirely and I'm 100% pleased with the interactions and work. They went above and beyond, and that's what deserves 5 stars. I will continue to use them for any of my plumbing needs, and their interactions made me trust them completely. If you need a good company for plumbing, 1 Tom has you covered. I was very impressed by T'ko's professional attitude, and all the plumbers. I was also very happy with Marco's customer service, he made my wife feel so comfy throughout the hiccups, and that made our communication go so smooth. Give these people your business.

These guys were awesome! They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and wore protective booties. Across the course of work, we were helped by 4 different plumbers, but they were all on the same page and knew where to pick up from the last plumber’s work, with seamless and continuous work.
