Jose repaired a few items on our new home! He was on time, kind, professional, discussed what he thought and how we should proceed, and did the work the same day as the estimate! We had a pressure regulator installed, a backflow valve installed, and expansion tank installed, and a drain pipe corrected (it was trying to drain up hill). He also capped a gas line for us. He did all of the work in a tidy and clean manner. The installation looks fantastic. For the sink drain line, he did a much better job than I would have myself because he completely redid the under sink portion so the water could drain right. I posted some before and after photos showing the work.

I was thoroughly satisfied with my service from A1 Tom, plumbing. Jose worked on my plumbing issue. He did an excellent job. He explained everything very well he was fair and honest he wasn’t trying to rip me off. The price is great. The work was done Excellently, he not only told me what was wrong but he showed me what he was doing and what was wrong and what was causing the problem so I was very satisfied with him. And he even let me know that they had financing. I didn’t know that they had financing for Plumbing so that was a A+ gem to know as well. I will be using this company again, and I will be recommending them to my friends and family. I recommend them to anybody needing plumbing service cause they’re really good and professional. They’re on time they come when they say they’re gonna come and very organized. I like this company. I will give them 10 stars if I could. Jose was awesome!!! He fixed my fill valve for my toilet and water line to my refrigerator. He was very knowledgeable and educated me on what he was doing that way I can learn too. Very honest and kind hearted man. I recommend him for anyone 

We needed a new water heater. We called 1-Tom-Plummer. They were very easy to deal with on the phone. Lisa was very helpful setting up work assignment, and was able to accommodate us the very same day. Mark was assigned to our project. We found him to be courteous, polite, and knowledgeable. He did top notch work in a timely fashion. Pricing was reasonable. I would recommend them, and definitely use 1-Tom-Plummer in the future.

Mark Williams was fantastic. The whole process was great from my call till my final handshake once completed. I had a leaky valve in the back of the home and a broken pipe in the front. I had asked Mark for his opinion of what would be best and I am so glad that I did. He was able to raise the front valve up so I did not have to bend over as much to use it. There was additional plumbing to these faucets in the basement that needed to be addressed and was. Mark was extremely helpful and friendly. I am glad that I found you on the internet.

I had a gas emergency on a Saturday and found 1-Tom-Plumber after calling and not receiving a response from two other plumbers. The woman (I didn't catch her name as the reception was spotty) was very friendly and helpful when I called and clear with the costs associated with weekend work. I was notified when the plumber was on the way and could track live when he'd arrive. Jose was friendly from stepping out of the vehicle to getting in the house and explaining the situation. He was quick, knowledgeable, and I was very happy with how quickly my leaking gas from the stove was solved. I will definitely use 1-Tom-Plumber in the future and can highly recommend them, especially in an emergency.

Issac and Brandon came to my home late Sunday afternoon. Needed a new water tank. These young men were so professional. They took care of everything. Our normal plumber didnt respond to our call on Monday. They just lost our business of 11 years. Dont hesitate to call these guys. You never even knew they were there. My basement was immaculate. 5 stars
