1 Tom Plumbing and specifically my plumber Steve Prater were really great!!! Very communicative, efficient, and effective especially after we had 25” of snow the two days previously. I had a ball valve leak that has been going on for a while. They were able to tell me the earliest they could make it and informed me of any delays and when they were on my way. Steve took the time to explain to me everything and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. Then checked that the work fixed any issues.

1TomPlumber was outstanding. Professional and QUICK! They were able to dig up and remove my pipes, install new pipes, put in gravel, and re-cement the floor in four days, making sure we had access to plumbing through the whole process. Bob has been doing this work for decades and his knowledge shows, Gavin and Dylan were equally hard workers, professional, and courteous. I never saw any of them take a break. The best part was how clearly Bob explained everything that was happening along the way. Zach also was instrumental in organize the project and make sure we understood the whole process. I will definitely be working with them again.

I wish I would have called your company before I did. I do think the price was a little high for a clogged kitchen drain but cheaper than some others.

I always get worried about tradesmen either complicating things more than they really are to make profit, or misdiagnosing issues and leading me in a wrong directions. They sent over Dominic and he was just amazing! He explained everything in details to me and was very professional and efficient. Told me exactly where my issues are and what to focus on; which was mostly electric and appliance, not plumbing. But, he still understood what was going on, which reflects how skilled and honest he is. Definitely using their services again if I have issues in the future.

Very easy to schedule the appointment, called late in the afternoon & I was scheduled for the very next morning. The gentleman, Dom Ballou, called me about 20 minutes prior to his arrival, he was right on time. Dom was very professional, explained to me what options we could do & what would be the best choice of options to clean out the drain. He informed me on the cost & was very helpful in explaining what he was going to do. It took about 30 minutes to break through the clogged drain, he checked the toilet to make sure the flow tank was working properly, ran several flushes & filled the floor drain to make sure the drain was flowing correctly & cleaned up afterwards. Dom was great to work with & I would highly recommend 1 Tom Plumber, Dom Ballou was excellent, very courteous & professional.
