100% Plumbing

I used this company numerous times over the past years and they were always honest and did an excellent job. They had previously installed a water softener that needed all the pipe work and fittings for the price of $550. They did and an outstanding job going above and beyond the basic installation. I needed to replace that water softener and called for a quote. The plumber quoted me a price of $950 with me purchasing a water softener. I bought an excellent AO Smith water softener and installed it myself for $650. I am an eighty year old women on a fixed income, please have some consideration!

Tim was awesome. I needed a ton of work done with our emergency and he was highly professional as well as kind and compassionate around my 5yo daughter. I am always wary with service people coming to my house, but he made us all feel very comfortable and safe and taken care of. Also the next day when my water pressure was low after the work, he was happy to come back and get it back stronger than ever and he replaced my shower head too! Thanks Tim!

Excellent service, excellent quality workmanship. They are honest and trustworthy which is an extreme value in the plumbing profession. I have had some not great experiences and did a lot of research before I had my main replaced. Based on what I would say a a good deal of knowledge I highly recommend 100% plumbing and would not think about going somewhere else for anything in the future.

Please do not hesitate to call this business for your plumbing needs. I am renting a home which means I am not able to call for my repairs and who I might want to do the repairs. The realtor found a great one with this company. The are very reliable, communicative and friendly. I could not be happier with the service and timely service. It was nothing major and was quickly fixed. The technician was very kind and flexible with my fur family and did not require them to be blocked in a space or kept tucked away. He communicated with his employer in order to get the repair approved and completed. He was very professional and friendly. He confirmed the minor leak, had all supplies needed to complete it. We chatted while he worked and was fine with his helpers (my dogs) being around. Much better than the previous plumber sent to do work on this home. Granted, I don't have to pay the bill but I don't feel I would feel hesitant or require a second opinion. I certainly wish I would have known about this company when I had my condo repiped. I feel the service would have been better, the price far less and any dealings or follow-up would have been handled far better than the company I overpaid, was argued with and ended up having to get the ROC involved in.

We had a slab leak last week and called 100% Plumbing first thing on a Monday morning. Tim was at our house within a few hours to diagnose the problem, which turned out to be a slab leak. When Tim and Niko arrived on Wednesday to start the work, they also checked out another area where we suspected a leak and Tim took the time to thoroughly explain our options. After talking it through, we decided a full house repipe made the most sense. Tim and Niko spent all day Wednesday and Thursday at our house, and they were fantastic to work with. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful of our home. A repipe is a messy job that requires cutting into drywall, but they worked hard to keep the disruption to a minimum, kept things as clean as possible throughout the process, and cleaned up well when they were finished. What stood out to me most was how easy they were to communicate with and how much they seemed to genuinely care about doing the job right. We never felt rushed or pressured, and they took the time to answer all of our questions. We own multiple rental properties, and while I'll be calling 100% Plumbing again in the future, I'll specifically be requesting Tim. He and Niko made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Highly recommend.
