Serious backed up sewer line issues in the middle of the night. Toilets and floor drains in my basement overflowing. I called and a kind lady on the phone was sympathetic, helpful, and honest and sent someone out right away. Tyrell came within about an hour and got right to work assessing the problem. He was neat and tidy in his dress and very personable. He diagnosed the problems quickly and gave me the price upfront before beginning the work. He worked really hard until he resolved all the issues. It was a dirty messy job and he did a great job cleaning up after too. He was kind, courteous, cheerful, and non-judgmental the entire time. He answered all my questions respectfully. I now have peace of mind that my sewer lines are working properly again. Considering it was in the middle of the night and a challenging problem, I feel the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone. Tyrell did a great job. Matt came on an emergency Sunday call to replace a hot water heater several years ago and was awesome—prompt, fair and professional. I had another need on a Saturday after Christmas and Jon was here quickly and was professional and fair. I absolutely recommend them and plan on contacting them soon for non-emergency work. I appreciate a local company where the money stays local.

We needed a gas line capped to replace our gas range with an electric model. I paid a little more than I expected, and there was some miscommunication with the dispatcher, who basically told our technician Tyrell the opposite of what we wanted, so he was surprised when he arrived about what he would be working on. But Tyrell was great—very professional, clear, and did the job quickly and well. We appreciate the good service and wouldn’t hesitate to work with this company again!

I've used these guys for the last 3 years and I can't say enough good things about them. Tyrell is extremely professional and good at his job and today I met Blake who is just as competent and thorough! I believe that they are fair and honest and I've come to trust them for my sewer line issues. I have no experience with any of their other services, but I don't know why they'd be any different. Been using this company for all my plumbing needs for three different houses. They are always very affordable and very communicative, which I find is rare in this industry. 1st American plumbing heating and air is I go to Plummer. They dealt with my backup sewer quickly. Called in around 8 AM. The receptionist was very nice and helpful.She had Jon, a master plummer, to my house by 11:30 AM. Jon was cheerful and got right to work and resolved the problem in about 45 minutes including set up and cleanup. Jon was very friendly and efficient. I’ve used these guys several times and will use them again. Peace of mind! They’re awesome!

These guys do an incredible job and they are a great value with their pricing. I got bids from multiple businesses and 1st American always comes out on top with value. Their guys are super nice and know their stuff. I'm glad I used them since the last job they did for us was pretty complicated. I have used them at least a few times for many plumbing jobs. As of most recent we had them come out and haul away 2 old water heater tanks and install a new efficient tankless system. We then wanted a soft water system but our house was not configured for one so they had to make some cuts in the ceiling which included reconfiguring and cutting some pipe to install the soft water. Now my mechanical room has a ton of space and looks nice and clean and the new system is awesome.
