Excellent service. From start to finish, I had a great experience hiring 1st American plumbing. They were able to get a tech out quickly for a free quote. For the install, my tech, Baeler was very professional. The work looked great and was completed in good time. When I asked questions he provided very helpful answers. Would recommend, I will definitely use them again.

We had our water heater leak a couple of days before Christmas, and 1st American Plumbing, Heating & Air managed to fit us in and replace our unit and get our hot water back up and running. We have had numerous experiences with this company over the years, all very positive! Everyone is very friendly, professional and does top notch work. 1st American is highly recommended!

We had a Yo-Yo stuck down in our Toilet that we could not get out the was deep in the trap and prevented any flushing. Tyrell came to our house and did a fast amazing job. We thought we were going to have to remove the toilet to get it. He was able to get it with an auger. I also asked him how much it would be to tighten one of our faucets and he just took care of it for us. Great service! Would highly recommend them. Really liked their text they sound out before the appointment too! They send info and a picture of the tech coming and a gps tracker with estimated time of arrival. Will be using them again for sure.

Our water heater starter leaking buckets of water in the middle of the night…they fit is right in the next day and got our water heater replaced under manufacture warrenty and were super great to work with. Baeler was nice, professional, and gave us all our options right away. Love American first plumbing they are great!

Jon was very knowledgeable and professional. He had to troubleshoot a few things but knew exactly what needed to be fixed. He did the job quickly and cleaned up before he left. Will definitely use them again when I have another plumbing issue.

We really appreciate 1st American plumbing, heating & Air. I can call and ask all my questions, and they usually have someone available to help us within the next few days. Their prices are very reasonable and they offer deals and coupons online. Those they send to fix, tune up and clean, are always on time, if not early, and so friendly and polite. I was fine using a $1 bill to clean my heat sensor a few times a year every winter, but when the AC went out in Sept that was a deal breaker. I hired 1st American to install a furnace and AC about 3 years ago, and I continue to have them out annually to help maintain it. Also, shout out to Jon for helping troubleshoot a thermostat issue at my property while I was away on vacation. Superb team here.
