Chris was able to get to my HVAC service needs quickly, adjusting the schedule to fit me in the next day as I was leaving town. Then he came the next day after I left town to fix an issue with ice maker supply line. Extremely appreciated his service oriented approach and telephone call follow up. I was having air conditioning issues for 3 days in the July heat and learned my HVAC company had closed their doors. I called A-1 early Monday morning and I was able to leave a text message requesting someone to come out. They contacted me when they opened that morning and came out that afternoon. They had my air working within 40 minutes. He showed me what the issue was and what needed to be done. I'll be using them again for yearly maintenance.

I needed plumbing annd electrical work done at my home. I had a leak under the sink where I store cleaning supplies, a broken vent fan in my bathroom and an electrical outlet that needed to be replaced. A-1 does it all. The plumber and electrician came the next day and got my problems solved quickly.. Very friendly and helpful employees who had worked for A-1 many years. I am extremely happy with their service and will be udon them in the future.

This is one of the poorest ran companies I have ever dealt with. When you first call them it's like a phone service, then they tell you that the technicians make there own schedule so who knows when they'll be here, they couldn't tell me if my unit was under warranty until they tell you they don't have a motor and you have to pay for overnight freight it took 2 days in over 100 degree weather to fix the unit, it was 4 hours after they got the motor, would use any other air conditioning company before I would ever use them.

One of the issues older subdivisions experience are failing or leaking water lines from the meter to the home. This was my situation. After being notified by my water utility of “continuous water flow” I had the problem diagnosed. All the plumbing connections in the house were secure, but a leak existed in the water line to the house. A1 sent Kris Samborsky and his Son. They quickly identified the most cost effective way, to run a new water line, and had the work done in two days. Downtime was reduced, cost was reasonable, and the work impeccable. Iʼm impressed!
