Chris was able to get to my HVAC service needs quickly, adjusting the schedule to fit me in the next day as I was leaving town. Then he came the next day after I left town to fix an issue with ice maker supply line. Extremely appreciated his service oriented approach and telephone call follow up. I was having air conditioning issues for 3 days in the July heat and learned my HVAC company had closed their doors. I called A-1 early Monday morning and I was able to leave a text message requesting someone to come out. They contacted me when they opened that morning and came out that afternoon. They had my air working within 40 minutes. He showed me what the issue was and what needed to be done. I'll be using them again for yearly maintenance.
I had my entire heating/air conditioning unit replaced by A-1 Services. I have used them before to maintain my old HVAC unit. We appreciate all they have done for us. I highly recommend them to solve any issues you have with your system here in Southern Utah. Thanks A-1 Services
