Charged me $150 to fix a leak in an open space in my basement. Went for a part and lunch. Said he would be back in 40 minutes. Two and a half hours later he returned. Put new part in and I still had a leak. Went for another part and returned in about 45 minutes. He loosened a fitting on the pressure reduction valve to put the new part in. On the third try the leak stopped. Paid him $150. Checked on the job two hours later and the fitting he loosened was leaking worse than my original leak. I tried to tighten it but the leak continued. I called him to tell him and he said he would come the next evening. I asked him how much he was going to charge me and he became angry. HE NEVER SHOWED UP. Called him again and he said he would come the next day. I told him I would not be home. I told him to put me on the schedule for the following week and call me when he was coming. NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Called him twice since and left a message. NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. He has a nice website but none of the pictures are of him or his worker. He is a one man operation with one gopher. Seemed to lack basic skills.

I had reached out on our Facebook group in Howard looking for help getting an overflow unit for our hot water tank...Heath had good reviews and I checked out his profile and gave him a call on a Saturday....he answered right away, I was thinking I'd leave message, and came to our home Monday morning and took care of the overflow that same day...I was also interested in a water softener unit, our water...American Pennsylvania Water Company...is sooo hard, Health quoted me a price and we agreed to go forward....he also did a new toilet installation...his quality of work was impressive as was his personality....would highly recommend Health Sprout to all who would need any plumbing work done...Thank you soo much for everything 

American water set this up. They did not show up for 2 days, no calls, voice mail was full. After a couple days of going around with Am water and Andy (owner and plumber) informed us he was in the hospital and returning to work on Thursday. I told him I understood and to call me if anything changed on Thursday. Thursday came and went, no calls, no show. Friday I heard from him apologizing and said he is trying to get back in the swing of things. Could he come Monday? I agreed and we went over a plan to Monday. He was supposed to call on his way but that he would be at my house first thing in the am. Guess what, no Andy. No answer on his phone, no response to a text. American water called him, no answer, they had to reassign it AGAIN. I understand things happen, especially with illness but no communication is very poor. If you own a business and are not able to respond say so in the voice mail or have another person follow up. Update. I just spoke with him wondering what happened and he said “something came up”. He was rude because Am water canceled the job that he didn’t show up to repeatedly and is sending another provider. Save yourself the frustration and call somebody else.

Top notch service!!! Andy is kind and a great Human who truly cares about doing a great job. He is incredibly knowledgeable and wants to do things for longevity and safety, he took great care to explain some future things to watch for in our remodel and likely saved us thousands of dollars in future work by pointing out some things before we drywall. Truly a great plumber, business owner and human, if you are in the central PA region look no further this is your plumber!!!
