We were very impressed with this company especially with Danny Anaya. He arrived promptly when promised and kept us updated as to his ETA every few minutes so there was no guesswork of his arrival. Once here, he explained in detail of what they would do and why and how. We liked his professionalism and he was very knowledgeable. I reached out to them a little before 10 and within 15 minutes I had two calls from Aaron and Natalie to follow up and schedule an appointment. Two hours later Aram arrived and fixed our plumbing issue. The cost was very reasonable and the service impeccable! Truly an outstanding company with helpful, personable and professional staff. Acclaimed responded quickly and we were able to have service quickly. The tech was honest and gave 3 options for estimated costs. Last time we had this problem, another plumber quoted thousands and said they had to go through walls. Thankfully, Acclaimed tech was able to clear clog for a very reasonable price. We'll keep them in our list of home repair businesses.

Had an urgent plumbing issue that started in the middle of the night. We are VIP members of a large local plumbing and HVAC company. Called them in the night and they told us we would be a 1st morning call and that we should be hearing from a tech no later than 8am the next morning. That call never happened so I called them. I was then told that a tech would be calling by 08:30am. Again, no call back. At 09:00 I called again and was told a tech would be out between 10a and 2pm. That is when we called Acclaimed Drain and Plumbing. They had a tech to our house in 30min! Problem was fixed in less than an hour. Our Tech Aram was personable, professional and most importantly skilled at his job. Needless to say we now have a new plumbing service going forward. Fantastic service like this is hard to find anymore.

Derrick Hill helped me today and was awesome. He replaced my leaky sink faucet super quickly and made sure everything was perfect before he left. I had an outstanding experience with Acclaimed Drain and Plumbing Solutions, especially thanks to Aram Espinoza. Aram went above and beyond when he came to my unit to fix a gas issue that Southwest Gas had unfortunately overlooked. He quickly identified that a gas valve had been left on, corrected the problem, and thoroughly tested the entire unit to make sure there were no leaks. What really impressed me was how Aram handled the situation — he even got on the phone with the city to clarify permit issues we didn’t actually need, saving me time and stress. He came back the next day to ensure Southwest Gas was present to safely turn the gas back on. A big shoutout also to Lou from Southwest Gas, who was fantastic in making sure everything was working perfectly once the gas was restored.
