Needed to replace my A/C unit and furnace. Eduardo explained all the options that suit my square footage. He went over everything and I didn’t feel pressured. In the middle of the night, I heard the sound of rushing water and realized I had a leak. I quickly turned off the water to my house and reached out to three different plumbing companies. Ace Home Services was the first to respond and got someone to me before any of the others. Dennis arrived promptly and did an amazing job. He was thorough, friendly, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He found the source of the leak — in the slab — and my heart sank because I thought they’d have to tear up the flooring. Instead, Dennis and his co-worker Ty were able to repair it with minimal damage by going through the wall, capping off the broken pipe, and rerouting the water line. They were incredibly careful, conscientious, and professional throughout the entire process, putting extra care into leaving as small a footprint as possible. I’ve included photos of the wall — it looks fantastic and will be an easy finish! I’ll absolutely use Ace Home Services again. They truly saved the day, and I can’t recommend them highly enough — 10 out of 10!

Ty moved the hot and cold water supply lines to tie into my vanity and installed my drain line. Ty was very professional in his task. He was very friendly and helpful with any question I had.

Marcus was great! He was super explanative about what was happening as he fixed it. The hydro jet should be noted by every restaurant as something that should be regular maintenance for your grease trap!

We had our water heater burst and needed an emergency repair. Ruben came out the same day to have everything inspected and removed the broken water heater. 2 days later Ruben and Marcus came out to hook up our new tackles water heater and water softener unit. Both Marcus and Ruben were friendly, professional and took the time to make sure the job was done right. They examined and walked me through what need to be done for maintenance and helped me set up the wi-Fi. I would highly recommend them to anyone. And would be happy to have them come back for other jobs I may need to have done in the future.
