I came in contact with Josh Merrill at the home and garden show where we discussed installing a tankless water heater. Mr. Merrill came out to my residence and answered all my questions and provided me with a quote. Within two days he had his plumbers out to start the install. Nathan and Dave Jr. were the two young men and were very respectful and projected nothing but the utmost level of professional decorum! I am very pleased with the plumbing portion of this job and to see young men in the trades. There were a few glitches with the electrical side of this project but I will say that when I called Mr. Merrill and sent him photos of the discrepancy he came to my residence to review and get things on track. I do have to mention the Mr. Merrill was on his day off and at a resort with his wife and left the resort and came back to my residence twice just to ensure he gave top level customer service. Mr. Merrill is a man of his word and I appreciate his attention to detail.

Brandon came out to the house late last night to inspect our Air Conditioner evap line and ended up doing some small repairs around the whole unit. He was quick and very nice the whole time and got the job done well and for a great price. I really appreciate him coming out so late. Thanks Brandon!

I needed a power pole replaced and they claimed to be able to do it. They wanted $5,000.00 down which I provided. Several months later I found a new pole in my yard about 40 feet from the old one. No one consulted me on placement. Then they put a none APS approved service box on the pole improperly installed. At that point I requested they cancel the job. They said they would and we arrived at a refund of $2,500.00. They then wanted me to sign a non-disclosure paper so I could not inform people what my experience with them was. This is costing me $2,500.00 but I feel everyone needs to know just how bad I found them to be. How many others have they done this to and can you trust a company that does this kind of thing?

I’ve been using Ace Hone services for about two years. They have always done a good and reliable job. Their technicians have been friendly, understanding, knowledgeable and helpful. In this instance Josh, who came to do my AC inspection was just as friendly and competent as all the other technicians I have interfaced with over the last couple of years. I can recommend their service.

I have never left a bad review for anyone but I needed to say this about ace. I needed to replace my electric panel and have APS approve the current location. I’d had a bad experience with a different company so I reached out to ace and explained the situation. They assured me that the replacement would be done on a specific date two weeks after having the initial consultation, and told me that the location was approved. That day comes and APS showed up to my house to turn the power off but no sign of ace. I called the electrician and my customer rep but no answer. After 30 minutes I was able to speak to someone at their office who told me the location had not been approved yet so nothing was scheduled for that day. They were able to reschedule me for a month away and ultimately got the panel replaced. I’m writing this review because two months later I’m now finding out they have been charging me for a monthly membership without ever mentioning it. If you’re in need of service I urge you not to go with ace. They will say whatever you want to hear in order to get you to sign. They seem honest and helpful initially but you will soon find out they are disorganized, manipulative, and completely incompetent when it comes to anything important actually getting done.

I had an urgent repair issue and they were quick to come out, did not charge me a surcharge to come out at night. My technician, David, was kind, efficient, respectful and very knowledgeable. He had my system back up in an hour and I am very grateful. I’m always grateful for honest people and definitely appreciate his work.

I used ACE for a home plumbing repair and installation of a water softener. This was my first experience using ACE and the experience was great. My technician X was diligent, thorough, and knowledgeable. I would recommend ACE for any plumbing needs.

Jesse was very nice and professional, called and talked to his manager about the AC issue. Ace home repair is lucky to have such a fine young man on staff. Jesse was good but that does not mean this issue is resolved, he said I would need to buy another filter, but I want to know why this was not addressed when the unit was iinstalled. This is unacceptable!
