HIRE THIS GUY FOR WORK - he’s gifted in the HVAC field. Derek came in and tackled a serious issue we’ve had for about 6 years with our HVAC system. We had incorrect roof PVC pipe drainage (too long to get to the gutter) and an HVAC unit leaning 1 1/2” the wrong direction which caused water to back up towards the blower motor i.e towards the expensive pieces not away - then rust, corrode, and likely create something flowing thru the air that made me sick/congested from contaminated HVAC condensation. He fixed the problem in a really creative way and didn’t give up until he had the HVAC system exactly balanced to a centered bubble. No one has even tried to tackle this before so we are super grateful that he came up with a simple solution. Now our unit drains condensation correctly with a new, direct path to the gutter. This now prevents mold growth. The guy literally saved our unit from probably dying in a year to living a much longer life. Hire him because he just removed six years of frustration that other technicians had no desire to tackle. The pics are after showing his finished work on PVC pipes. The precious version ran to the far right along the wall then down to the gutter. You’ll appreciate his easy-going personality, kindness, and attentiveness . When you find a good one like Derek, you’ll be a repeat customer who is confident in his work. He didn’t just “do his job”. Highly professional, prompt, LICENSED. The person who scheduled my job was very nice. Mr. Pereira (plumber) was very knowledgeable and explained all my questions, with good recommendations. Very polite and respectful. However, these guys are not cheap. But you get what you pay for and and maybe more in the long run. I would recommend them as a reliable go-to shop when you're not real sure of your problem or solution.

The whole process start to finish was great. I requested information from Home Depot and within 5 minutes I received a call back to schedule a free home estimate. I had a sales rep at my house the next day and they didn’t try and over sell me. They installed everything very quickly and when they ran into problems they stayed with the job. They were friendly, professional and proficient. I would highly recommend ACR home service to anyone.

I found Dayton easy to talk to, and that he also listened. Did not seem to mind having a woman ask questions or make comments or suggestions which is important to me because I almost always make comments and suggestions! He also repaired the problem, speedily and competently. Also, their dispatch kept me apprised of arrival time which was important because a previous job made them very late. The price I thought was kind of outrageously high compared to anything I ever earned in my long lifetime, but that’s the way it is these days.

I purchased a dog bath to replace a small garage sink thinking it would be an easy DIY plumbing job. It wasn't, and there was no way I could install the sink by myself. Ty came out from ACE, assessed the challenge, developed a plan to properly install the sink and made it happen. This was an absolutely amazing experience. We manage and airbnb we had guests coming within the next few hours and they had Derek (our technician out and he identified and fixed the issue before the guests ever arrived. Of course we made the guests aware but we never expected it to be fixed before they arrived. Derek was excellent and made us aware of what he was doing and when he was done. Just a fantastic job.
