Ty and Louis did a great and awesome job installing my garbage disposal. They were professional, fast, and knew exactly what they were doing. Everything was installed perfectly and working great before they left. Highly recommend them if you need reliable and skilled plumbers! They were very great people, and great conversationalist. They taught me a lot my plumbing and garbage disposal.

Jake was wonderful! Our tub upstairs leaked downstairs. He figured out the issue and was able to fix it the same day. Also appreciated his transparent communication and immediate respect for our home with wearing shoe covers. Highly recommend :) Update - Bo & Joel came out today (a few days later) to clear our water heater and evaluate pipes. Provided really good feedback and recommendations on our valves and water softener. We feel well taken care of. Thanks guys!

My A/C wasn't getting super cold anymore so I googled most affordable A/C service repair in my area. Action plumbing was at the top of my search so I called them, they came out and assessed and quoted me at over $15,000 for a 3.5 ton unit and air handler. They said there was nothing wrong with my air handler but since it's old and not in the current EPA freon cycle, I'll need to replace that too. They claimed this was a super economical rate and their rates were only gonna go up in the summer to around $17,000 when supplies are more sparse, so I should get it replaced immediately. I trusted them and took the "deal". They finished the job the next day and left the house a mess. There were dirt fingerprints all over my ceiling by the attic space and closet walls and rust all over my rug. Later when I was having issues with the unit, I tried scheduling for them to come out and fix it and no one showed up twice for the appointments I set up. The unit still doesn’t cool like my previous one did. Both times, when they installed the unit and when they came and fixed the unit they were extremely pressing for a review. This made me realize why their reviews are so good and always have pictures-- they press you to do it so hard, before the job is even finished. I initially made a 5 star review because they wouldn't leave me alone about it. I was informed later by someone else in the industry that I got absolutely taken advantage of. That the cost of materials should be around $3,000 at the higher end and the job would’ve been done for $8k with $3k profit for an honest company. I was charged merely double for that and they did an awful job. They didn't even switch out my thermostat. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to at least shop around and see what other options are available. I was trusting of them because of the reviews and I was stuck between a rock and a hard place, knowing it was just going to get hotter, being the start of summer. I realized I was just blind sided and taken advantage of when I got insight from someone who works in the industry. I was also informed that the higher up on your google search, generally the more money the company makes because they are paying the most for their "SEO", paying to make their search more relevant. Don't click the first company that pops up and SHOP AROUND. You will WAY overpay this company for your A/C and not even know it.

Joel and Markus were terrific! We had a water line bust behind the wall in our bathroom, in the middle of the night. We called first thing in the morning and they came out and had the pipe repaired before noon! Great customer service and knowledgeable, would recommend 100%!!

Update: Adjusted from 3 to 1 star That drip pan below the furnace was installed at an angle below the drain. The furnace released a ton of water from all the work it has been doing (in no small part thanks to the hole left in the attic cover) and this subsequently went straight into the attic. I have extensive water damage in multiple rooms. The funny thing? Both major errors made here were made by the Supervisor/Manager Matt. Everyone else has been cleaning up his mistakes since the first week of June and it sounds like they will still be at the end of July. Normally I avoid calling technicians out by name , but I get the vibe he'll throw other people under the bus for it if I don't. He should also know I have video/audio of his techs highlighting and explaining the errors made in the install if he feels like disputing this. Avoid this group. Original review: Had a mixed first time experience with this company. TL;DR: Went for a full replacement of the major components of my residential AC system (Furnace, Thermostat, and Condenser). Was quoted 6-8 hours for the install and it ended up spanning four days with me needing to be on-site for about 42 hours. The root cause was that the wiring diagram provided by the manufacturer of the condenser showed a cabling pattern that either wasn't compatible with the furnace they installed or my home's electrical wiring. Changing contact's connections from four cables to three allowed it work. Unfortunately a significant amount of new equipment was destroyed in the troubleshooting required to learn this. The new furnace's control board, new thermostat, original blower motor in the new condenser and then eventually the whole new condenser, probably a dozen fuses, and three contacts between the condenser and the home were all replaced, and new electrical wiring had to be run to the new-new condenser. Towards the end of the third day, I overheard a conversation that made me really question if the install techs that were working on day two and three were in over their heads when it came to electrical issues, so I called in to speak to the office manager on the fourth day to ask if they could send out their electrical guys. Alex and Kayden (sp?) came out and we finally had the AC working about 12 hours later, with Kayden being the one who really isolated the issue after going beast mode running test wire solo in a 110+ degree attic for a few hours. I hope he gets recognized for his work ethic. The Pros: [removed to make room for update] The cons: -There were multiple times where it seemed like I fell off of dispatch's schedule. -Multiple times when techs left the site to get parts without telling me when/if they'd be back that day, usually being gone 1-2 hours. This was worst on the first night because they left the front door unlocked and gate open at ~10PM, and a tech who wasn't there at the start of the day/wasn't introduced to me and wasn't in uniform showed up at one point just walking through the house, which was unsettling. November 2025 update: Turns out they never hooked up the gas to the new furnace back in June. They hooked it up now but the thermostat couldn't turn it on. After messing with the wiring for an hour they got it to turn on, but despite me asking to test to make sure everything still worked they ran out the door. About two hours later I discovered that the thermostat could not turn off the furnace. Flipping the breaker got the blower fan to shut off, but the gas valve opened right back up and the furnace started up again without the fan. They told me it would be three days before they could come back. It has been 5 months since they started this single Furnace+single Condenser install and 10+ visits. I'm paying another company to fix it. I don't care anymore.

We had the hot water heater pipes spring a leak in our laundry room! Big mess! I called at 9am and Leon was out to take care of everything by noon. We also needed a regulator and new main shut off valve. He took care of it all! Very efficient and courteous!
