Upon searching for a smaller Heating and cooling service, I read the reviews on Adam's Home Services. I called several companies before reaching out to Adam's. No one could help me with my emergency situation. Which was a gas leak. My gas was shut off by PECO, until problem with heater was resolved. Adam's was able to set me up with an appointment and perform the needed work, within hours of finding out I had a gas leak. Ian showed up on time as promised. He was very polite and informative. He kept me abreast of his findings and cost of the job, as testing the replaced part and making sure my heater was performing properly. I'd like to personally thank Ian for reassuring me that all was well and that my heater was working well. Because of his accuracy and reassurance, I will continue my regular maintenance with Adam's and will definitely request Ian to perform my services annually. Thank you Ian!

Elijah from Adam’s Home Services was absolutely amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to teach me about my HVAC system instead of just rushing through the job. He clearly explained the issue, fixed the problem with my furnace, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I really appreciated how patient and thorough he was. We called Adam Home Services seeking an emergency plumber on a Sunday afternoon. We were scheduled for a time within three hours, their plumber (a very nice young fellow named Leif Anderson ) arrived in two hours, repaired our leaking water shut off valve no problem, an after explaining his work, was on his way. We are very satisfied with the entire experience. Courteous, professional, communicative. Prices were for emergency hours so we're reasonable.

We had issues with our furnace shutting off before the fan kicked on. I had Adam home services, back then Adam Mechanical, work at my old house. They did an amazing job last time with a new AC unit at my old house and felt comfortable reaching out to them again. Service tech Matt came out and looked through my system. He should me the. Inside of my unit with his camera and explained everything. We decided to go with them for a whole new unit. I was on the phone with his boss and we talked through everything. I felt very comfortable with the decision. They helped me get finance for it unlike bigger companies that were turned away by financing option. Excellent job Adam Home Services. You will always have my business. It is great to find a company you trust.

Honestly I cannot thank these guys enough. They were thorough and very informative and not that it matters but they were reassuring. Even from the start their genuine characteristics helped me make a hard decision easy to simply pay for the inspection prior to finding out what the actual issue was. They ran snakes and cameras multiple times even triple checked measurements. What I thought may have just been a backed up drain turned out to be a cracked sewer line in a home I recently purchased. They were able to help me get quoted for sewer Drain Line repair and scheduled for next day service and also quoted me for a water heater. They also fought for me to get a military discount and credited the $586.00 dollars I paid for the drain inspection and snaking. They were very hospitable and I wish I could give more stars. I will follow up with pictures of the work that will be done but I don’t leave reviews often this one was well deserved. Thank you guys! God Bless!

My heater was having trouble staying on and wasn’t getting the house warm enough during one of the coldest weeks we’ve had. I called a few places, but when I reached out to Adam Home Services, the woman who answered the phone was incredibly friendly and helpful right away. There was a $150 after-hours/emergency fee, which was completely reasonable — and Matt ended up waiving that fee, which was incredibly kind and appreciated. Matt came out and, to my surprise, explained that my entire heating system needed to be redone. He showed me unsafe wiring, holes in the ductwork, and a furnace that simply wasn’t functioning properly. There wasn’t a quick or simple fix — it truly needed to be replaced. I also mentioned that I wanted to add central air and had previously been quoted an astronomically high price. Adam Home Services was able to do the entire system, including central air, for nearly half of what I had been quoted elsewhere. I was worried it would take a long time to schedule the work, but they completed everything within three days of the initial visit. They also offer excellent payment plan options, which helped tremendously. Every worker was respectful, professional, and extremely clean. They cleaned up everything when they were done and took all of their trash with them. They even took a moment to give some love to my dogs and cats, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend — 100/10.

Very quick and responsive company. Awesome job. Andrew was amazing and knew his stuff! I was a bit shocked at the price. I had a new countertop placed and needed my old sink removed and a new sink placed. The old sink was a double sink with a garbage disposal and the new one is a single drain and I kept the garbage disposal. There was also a dishwasher disconnect and reconnect. They told me the cost up front. No surprises. Seemed high to me but everything anymore seems high to me! The company is great and I would use them again!

TERRIBLE! Adam’s Technician came to our home to diagnose a problem with our AC not distributing cold air. Elijah went to our basement indoor unit. Removed the panel. It was frozen inside. He told me I’d need a new unit, $12-15K. When I asked for repair instead of replacement, he said that would still be $5-6K and repair would be non-guaranteed and might end up having to replace unit anyway. He was very pushy and offered me a high interest financing plan to replace. Something felt extremely off. I immediately had the sense the technician works partly on commission. He NEVER asked to see the exterior unit. I called another company for a second opinion the minute he left. That other company came out, evaluated both interior and exterior units. Determined it was dirty outside coils preventing air flow. He cleaned the coils. Said interior system was fine! AC unit began working properly immediately. Problem solved. Cost $175. Be very wary of this company. I’ll never use them again.

We had an excellent experience with Alek during the maintenance and inspection of our HVAC system. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. He took the time to carefully inspect and service all five of our mini-split units along with the outdoor condenser, and it was clear he takes pride in doing thorough, high-quality work. What really stood out was how detailed and informative he was throughout the entire visit. Alek explained the condition and performance of each unit individually, pointed out anything that needed attention, and made sure we understood the overall status of the system.
