Sean is saved in my phone as “Sean Genius”—he’s been on hand in emergencies multiple times. When it came to installing a new high-efficiency boiler, working in my house was not easy. But he did miraculous, clean work. He has also run new plumbing through various portions of my house and the work is again clean, tidy, and expertly done. I would recommend Sean to anybody.

Advanced heating, cooling, and plumbing was a life saver. Im a retired veteran and I am newer to the york area. I have had to learn what companies are reliable and which are not. Ive been dealing with the same hvac plumbing issue for 2 years ive called, macks, haller ,blue dot, and various other comapies for this same issue each time the issue was not resolved. Each time i had one of the other providers send a younger guy who was obviously inexperienced and each time i ended up calling another person becuase it was not fixed. I reached out to Advanced and they came out quickly and were very upfront with me about prices and what they would do to fix the issue. They replaced the union that connected the gas to my furnace and checked the entire system for more leaks. They also showed me the proof of no more gas leaking. This fix has brought my family peace of mind. The guys from advanced were extremely knowledgeable and showed they had the years of experience to handle all the services they provide. Thank you!

Went to replace a washer for a recently purchased home and soon realized the shutoff valves for both the hot and cold had gone bad. Reached out to ACHP in the morning and spoke to Sean. Sent him a photo of the valves and he quoted me an estimate range. Some other service providers I contacted refused to do so without paying for a separate diagnostic service visit. Sean came out the same afternoon and replaced the valves quickly. He also made me aware of another issue that will need to be addressed in the long term. Sean was professional, friendly, and confident in his work. Final price was the lower value of the initial estimate range. I have some additional plumbing work planned and will definitely be reaching out to AHCP for estimates.

Another necessity taken care of. As most of you know I never promote any company I wouldn’t use….100% Dutch approved. Sean Sr and Jr were so awesome with my boiler install as well as courtesy oriented. I would use them again 100%

Sean came with his son the following day right in the morning. We had an issue with our water heater leaking. He did not try to upsell and was super forth coming about what could and couldn’t be done. He replaced the water heater and updated the plumbing/electric for the new heater to make a new electric heater work! We need to replace our furnace as well and in the near future we will use them again for their services on that adventure. They very fortunately made quick good work out of my 1900s 5’5 basement. They’re very tall so I know it was an hassle. They also installed a PRV for us at a reasonable fair price. Hide your buckets tho because he took my 5 gallon bucket. Sean jr I want my bucket back lol.

Shawn was fantastic. I had three other heating technicians come out before him, and they charged significantly more without fixing the issue. Shawn quickly identified the problem. He was honest, friendly, and very reasonably priced. If you are looking for HVAC and plumbing - I would highly recommend him.

Shawn is a blessing, my 29 yr old furnace went out in this cold snap and he came looked at it, explained my options. He is knowledgeable, kind,and a good guy all round.Before I knew it, him and his son installed a brand new furnace. I also paid half of what my neighbor paid when there's went out a few months before mine. I would recommend him and his son to anyone wanting a job done well and professional. He gets a 10 from me!!
