Eric was great start to finish. He kept me updated on where he was and approximately when he’d be arriving. He replaced my kitchen faucet with one that I had purchased, so he could replace it during the service call and not have to come back (time saver for both of us). He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely use A&E Plumbing again.

Excellent job done. I contacted A&E after contacting a few other plumbers to get estimates. When I called their office I got to speak to a human. Kirsten was great. All I had to do was send over a couple photos. Tell them what I needed and they got back to me with a quote within a day or two. Eric is a professional and very friendly and knowledgeable. Grant was great as well. Their workmanship is top notch. They even fixed a leaky toilet for me. I highly recommend Eric and A&E. My go to plumber for sure!

We found A& E plumbing through Navien’s website list of authorized installers. We got our first bid from a local competitor. The bid was significantly more and the technician was not very impressive. Eric , the owner was very competent. He was able to do our bid with photos and didn’t need to come to our house. His bid was inline with what others have paid, and very fair. His crew did an outstanding job prepping the install; they really understand plumb and square ; water lines were impressive. They even re-plumbed the gas shutoff so it was correct for the installation. Their attention to detail was great. Eric came to the house to complete the install. He and his team work very well together, and they were very helpful in answering all of our questions. All were very knowledgeable and hard workers. I would highly recommend A & E.

I needed a water heater replaced and was recommended to A&E by our HVAC company, AC by JD, and I couldn't be happier. Eric was fantastic! My water heater started leaking and he and Grant came out quickly to take care of it. Communication was excellent—they kept me updated every step of the way. They worked efficiently, were very professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. I’m super happy with the service and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done!

A&E plumbing did a terrific job replacing our main service line. They arrived promptly and fixed the problem efficiently. They even gave us tips to keep the price lower by explaining how we could do our own prep work. When the bill arrived we were surprised by how reasonable they were on the price. I would definitely recommend them to others and will use them again in the future.

A&E was super great to work with! Eric was out to my house in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable. He instantly knew the problem with my water heater and fixed it and educated me and the problem as well as proper ways to use it. We called for maintenance service on our Navien Tankless Water Heater. Grant explained exactly what that entailed and how he would perform this service. I liked that they texted his info and when he was on his way. Great service!
