I'd give Jerry 10 stars! I couldn’t be happier with the work done by Jerry from Affordable Plumbing. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. He said he'd be there at 9am and he arrived on time. He quickly knew what I needed and explained everything to me clearly before getting started. The repair was done efficiently, even with a few curveballs. He had great attention to detail, and the results speak for themselves everything is working perfectly now. What impressed me most was his friendly demeanor and professionalism: he kept the workspace clean and respected my home. It’s rare to find someone like Jerry who combines skill, reliability, and genuine customer care, but Jerry truly does it all. Super Shoutout to JERRY at Affordable Plumbing Heating and Draining Services of NEPA!!! My family just moved from NYC to Clarks Summit, PA and there were several issues that needed to be addressed. One of the major ones was diagnosing, and then replacing a macerator toilet. We had never even heard of such an apparatus before. Jerry to the rescue!!! My initial call to the company was answered within an hour, and Jerry was able to walk me through a couple of troubleshooting tips before deciding that he needed to come out in person for a diagnostic in our bathroom. He arrived right on time, was able to diagnose the problem right away, a new toilet was ordered, and he arrived to install it just when he said he would. He is professional, polite, knowledgeable, and super trustworthy. The day he came to repair our bathroom, he also fixed a plumbing issue in another bathroom, installed an icemaker and water dispenser in my refrigerator for me, AND took a look at some other plumbing projects we’re working on for the future. Highly recommend

We reached out to Jerry when were faced with a sewer backup due to a tree root wrapped around our pipe underground. Jerry and his team were so helpful throughout the entire process including the camera inspection, scheduling, excavation, pipe repair, and backfill. They were thorough and efficient.
