Basically this will be first recommendation phase,and as time progresses a second will follow. As to customer service, the staff, from day 1 was dialed into being friendly, concerned and exceedingly helpful focusing on ME. Their service inspectors were prompt and checked HVAC, ELECTRICAL and PLUMBING throughly as my condo had gotten old and building codes have evolved over the years. Every area was inspected and recorded. Three level of improvements were presented for my consideration. The personal flair was welcomed and genuine. It you like being acknowledged, they will provide. I will be providing a final report once completed. But the service is outstanding.

Clint was very friendly. He was easy to talk to. He was very confident in what he was doing. He explained the procedure and the cost before he even started. They were very meticulous at setting up in my home and did a great cleanup afterwards we then discussed what the findings were and his recommendations and he offered to work with me to get me pricing and discounts because I’m a veteran, etc. so I was very pleased with this individual. He seemed to be training another guy by the name of Anthony and he seemed to be very receptive to learning I hope to do business with this company, depending on their estimate and the ability to work with me with my finances thank you very much.

Alex came out and did a service on my AC unit. Took a bunch of pictures, showed me components and readouts, explained things so I.could understand. Very knowledgeable, ethical and answered questions. This company has always been thorough. I appreciate them. I also got some estimates on some work and it was a less expensive than some other companies.

Yes he is a very nice man. Had polite manners seems to know his his work. I kind of know about electronics. My ex-husband was an engineer and my son is like an engineer and so I understand the terminology and and well not all of it. But anyway he was very nice. Very cordial looked like cuz I have kept going outside asking if they needed anything and we'd get into conversations and he was very thorough. Very nice. Very polite

Super! Beginning to end, outstanding. A person answers the phone. You are directed to a coordinator for an estimate. A day is provided, you are given the name of the estimator. In our case he calls within an hour, sets a time to accommodate your schedule. He gave us an arrival time. He arrives on time, super nice, explains everything. If you want installation it is arranged promptly. You get a call when the installers leave and provided with time of arrival. Installers arrive on time introduce themselves and get down to business. They are careful within house, answer any questions. They explain all necessary details to operate system. Later that evening you receive a follow-up call insuring everything is great. It was and is!! Outstanding!!

I have dealt with Air Control since 2018 to service our home in Lake Havasu AC system and they are a great company to work with. From the office personnel to the technicians in the field. I have had quite a few field techs and all of them treat us customers wonderful. This service was conducted by Mario and he was training a new tech so he was very good at teaching the tech and letting him know what to look out for and how to address certain things. Your company is top notch

From the office lady, Kelly , who pleasingly answered my inquiry I ended up to scheduling. Kelly and the technician Joshua, both showed an excellent customer service. Joshua was very polite and took the inspection meticulously. He did a thorough explanations after all tests done (inside and outside) showing the apparatus results. He also cleaned the outside aircondition unit. My husband and I are very happy of the great price of the job well done.殺

Our tech Donovan was friendly, knowledgeable, also he was responsive on my questions and concerns. I had 3 outlets replaced ....thought $100 per outlet is a little pricey, but needed it done. I think an hour charge would have been more appropriate for 15 minutes of work. All work was done professionally and cleanly. Thanks Donovan
