I had a 20 year old Electric Hot Water Heater that started leaking from the bottom. I always try and get at least 3 estimates. A client of mine referred them and said they were great and reasonable. I had one estimate that seemed pretty high and I was not sure what it would cost to replace it. Al Coronado was my 2nd estimate and I love that they gave me 3 options on replacing the water heater which I liked to fit a budget. Al Coronado answered all of my questions on what was to be replaced and what I wanted. As it turns out they told me that everything I wanted was included with the replacement. So I went ahead and scheduled the replacement for Jan 7th 2026. On the day of the replacement, I was not sure what to really expect. Well my tech which I believe was Armando did an amazing job. What an excellent worker. Very friendly and answered questions I had through the process. Armando went above what I expected and everthing that I was hoping would get replaced was replaced at a very high standard that I was not expecting. Wow! I have before and after pics which is so amazing. Thank You So Much! I really do appreciate it.

Overall outstanding. A little high priced but worth it to us. In the past they have replaced polybutylene pipes and installed water heater and a toilet. I had a plumbing crisis on a Saturday night of a holiday weekend. While I was a frustrated by the fact they were closed on Sunday and did not offer 24/7 service, we were personally able to shut water off finally and it prevented further flooding. The communication happened that weekend but it was a little rocky. But on week days communication is wonderful. The excellent news was Jesse came out Monday and did a terrific job diagnosing problem and went the extra mile figuring out solutions. He ordered the perfect faucet and had in stock. Then he called office for us and arranged for Jesus to come out Wednesday and install the necessary replacements . He did a great job . The whole staff are highly professional, thoughtful, and caring. So I recommend them although if you are looking for low budget solutions these are not the guys. But to us it was worth it.

We had Briar initially come out to assess the problem. Was very thorough and knowledgably. Gave us two different estimates, depending on the size of the PRV to be replaced. Then scheduled another appointment for the next technician, John, to come and do the work. John was here on time, kpet me informed as to what he was going to do, showed me what he had done, made sure all was working properly, cleaned up the work site with no trash left. Was very impressed with how he went about his business. Very pleased.

Brian was very helpful. He was very thorough and responsive and handled the issue in a timely manner & went above and beyond & even helped me speak to my insurance company. It was extremely helpful in a time of stress for me to have such great service.

First time I’ve needed a major plumbing service. Al Coronado showed up one hour after my initial call. Xavier was the primary plumber. Showed up every day on time. Repairs exceeded all expectations. When finished their clean up was spotless. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Xavier is east’s five star employee.

A few weeks after I purchased a home with a water purification system by NuvoH20, It began to leak. With a lifetime warranty, they shipped me a new system, but it needed to be installed and have a bypass added. By the time the new system arrived, it was leaking about 24 ounces every eight hours and was getting worse each day. I was getting ready to go out of town and worried I would have to cancel my trip in order to stay home to keep tabs on the leak, so it didn’t damage the property. I called Al Coronado plumbing and they sent Brandon out the very same day to assess the situation and come up with a plan. The new system was a little bit larger and required some creative plumbing in order to leave it in the same general location. Brandon was very personable, got right to work, gave a clear assessment and made sure I understood the work that was going to be needed. He came back the next day and completed the job. He left the workplace clean. He took the time to make sure I understood how to work the system, and left plenty of room beneath it to remove the portion where a cartridge would need to be installed on a regular basis. This also freed up a section of the workbench that had been filled with the prior system, an added bonus, and something I had asked if it was possible for him to do. I would highly recommend this company, and will definitely request Brandon for any future work in my home. A+++

Work was then scheduled to fit my time schedule. Work was performed by Jonathan who, also, was very courteous & did a professional installation. I am very pleased with my first experience with this company and the two above mentioned employees. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

Jesse Fordahl provided my husband and myself with three water heater replacement options. He provided excellent information on all options, he asked what are needs were and did not push us on any of the options. He let us make the purchasing decision that worked best for us. It was really nice to work with a professional that didn’t try to pressure you. Two days later our new water heater was installed by John Nelson . John did a fantastic job we were very impressed with his performance and knowledge of installing the new unit. He did an admirable job with meticulous care in his work. This was one of the best jobs we have ever had done on our home. We can have comfort in knowing that we got a professional job done and won’t have any worries about our water heater in the future. Excellent company! Both times I've used them, they have responded to my call right away and come out within an hour to assess my situation -- as we know, timing is critical with leaking plumbing. The first time was last year, I had a toilet that leaked and wouldn't flush. Another company told me I had to tear up the tile floor and the wall because of the leak underneath, at huge cost. Second opinion from Al Coronado said none of that necessary, just replace toilet and the seal, which he was able to do right away. Has worked perfectly and cost a fraction of what the other company wanted to charge. Second time this spring we had a major leak in the water line coming into the house. Kenny came right away and determined the ancient cast iron pipe was leaking and needed to be replaced. He fixed it temporarily so we could use water that night, gave me a written, detailed assessment of the problem and a reasonable bid. Dominique came the next day to replace the cast iron with copper, dug up the pipes, insulated the above ground portion and painted it white to reflect heat. He did a BEAUTIFUL and efficient job, cleaned up the whole area afterward. It looks great (truly a work of art) and is working beautifully. If I could rate this company 10 stars, I would!
