Al Coronado Plumbing

I had a 20 year old Electric Hot Water Heater that started leaking from the bottom. I always try and get at least 3 estimates. A client of mine referred them and said they were great and reasonable. I had one estimate that seemed pretty high and I was not sure what it would cost to replace it. Al Coronado was my 2nd estimate and I love that they gave me 3 options on replacing the water heater which I liked to fit a budget. Al Coronado answered all of my questions on what was to be replaced and what I wanted. As it turns out they told me that everything I wanted was included with the replacement. So I went ahead and scheduled the replacement for Jan 7th 2026. On the day of the replacement, I was not sure what to really expect. Well my tech which I believe was Armando did an amazing job. What an excellent worker. Very friendly and answered questions I had through the process. Armando went above what I expected and everthing that I was hoping would get replaced was replaced at a very high standard that I was not expecting. Wow! I have before and after pics which is so amazing. Thank You So Much! I really do appreciate it.

Overall outstanding. A little high priced but worth it to us. In the past they have replaced polybutylene pipes and installed water heater and a toilet. I had a plumbing crisis on a Saturday night of a holiday weekend. While I was a frustrated by the fact they were closed on Sunday and did not offer 24/7 service, we were personally able to shut water off finally and it prevented further flooding. The communication happened that weekend but it was a little rocky. But on week days communication is wonderful. The excellent news was Jesse came out Monday and did a terrific job diagnosing problem and went the extra mile figuring out solutions. He ordered the perfect faucet and had in stock. Then he called office for us and arranged for Jesus to come out Wednesday and install the necessary replacements . He did a great job . The whole staff are highly professional, thoughtful, and caring. So I recommend them although if you are looking for low budget solutions these are not the guys. But to us it was worth it.

We had Briar initially come out to assess the problem. Was very thorough and knowledgably. Gave us two different estimates, depending on the size of the PRV to be replaced. Then scheduled another appointment for the next technician, John, to come and do the work. John was here on time, kpet me informed as to what he was going to do, showed me what he had done, made sure all was working properly, cleaned up the work site with no trash left. Was very impressed with how he went about his business. Very pleased.
