It was Sunday afternoon around 3 PM. One of my tenants called to say their only bathroom toilet was having issues. I called All Drains Emergency Plumbing. Miles/Plumber answered his phone! I gave Miles the address and he arrived at the house in less than1 hour! Miles resolved the toilet problem and even checked the other drains at the property. He texted video of the repair. I had water coming through my ceiling in my bathroom so I called All Drains Emergency Plumbing and they coached me over the phone how to shut water off to my house to stop the water from continuing to flood my home until a technician was able to get here. They were onsite at my property within an hour and were able to fix the broken water pipe in ceiling and get the water turned back on in time for my wife to make dinner! Overall I’m very satisfied with All Drains Emergency Plumbing

Communicates arrival time before coming. Miles was professional, kept the work area clean and was determined to get to the root cause of our issue.
