It was Sunday afternoon around 3 PM. One of my tenants called to say their only bathroom toilet was having issues. I called All Drains Emergency Plumbing. Miles/Plumber answered his phone! I gave Miles the address and he arrived at the house in less than1 hour! Miles resolved the toilet problem and even checked the other drains at the property. He texted video of the repair. I had water coming through my ceiling in my bathroom so I called All Drains Emergency Plumbing and they coached me over the phone how to shut water off to my house to stop the water from continuing to flood my home until a technician was able to get here. They were onsite at my property within an hour and were able to fix the broken water pipe in ceiling and get the water turned back on in time for my wife to make dinner! I’ve had too use this company twice! I can’t say enough about this company. Myles is kind and takes the time to explain what the problem is and how he will fix it. For a single person he is reasonable and I feel honest. I know I need to have him come back and do a hydrojet to really get my pipes clean. This company is A+A+A+ ALL THE WAY!

On a Friday night my shower would not turn off. On Saturday I tried to change out the cartridge and the stem pulled out. Now I had an emergency since I couldn’t turn the water back on until it was fixed. I called all drains, explained the situation, was given an estimate over the phone (which hardly ever happens), and Miles, the plumber was there in about one hour. He started the job by trying the least expensive repair. He then proceeded to fix the shower and due to faulty parts supplied by the hardware company he had to spend over six hours troubleshooting. He was at the house working for about seven hours and charged me exactly the price he quoted me on the phone. Miles is a dedicated individual and his customer service was excellent. I highly recommend him for your next plumbing repair.

This company helped me in a pinch and paired me up with a second company that they partner with just to make my job go easier and go smoother for the home warranty. Both of them did work and were very professional and made a stressful situation easier!
