Short - They charged us $400 for a Sat trip charge ($150 at most) to replace a capacitor part that I later found out only costs $35! That is a 715% markup! No response from several requests for a manager to call us. Pictures are of the box of his replacement and the original part, (capacitor) that went out. Full - Aug 26th we called All Hours Plumbing, Heating and Cooling to have them come look at our AC because it wasn't blowing cold air. We're were told the trip charge was $59 which would be applied to any service done. The technician looked over the outside unit and told us that the compressor was running hard which blew out a capacitor. I asked him if he could fix it and he said he wasn't sure if he had one but he'd go check. When he came back in he said he did and he could replace it today with a total of $400. I was shocked because it was so much and he said it was mostly the part. He showed me where it was on the unit and that it might go out again because the compressor was going out and running hard. I reluctantly paid the bill with a credit card for $400 and signed that he did the work. He never gave me a receipt or asked for an email address to send it to. He asked where our garbage can was outside and because it was inside the fence I just told him that I would throw the old part away. A couple hours after he left I decided to see if I could get a spare one in case it went out again and found out that it was a $20-$35 part! I can understand that there is labor to replace it and a same day trip but this is criminal! Even if the trip and labor charge was $150, for a Sat call, they still charged me $250 for the part! I would have never found out if I hadn't tried to order another part because he said this one may not last. We have tried to contact a manager or anyone several times regarding this and have never gotten a response. Maybe this review will get some sort of response. They have our contact information, they just choose not to contact us back because of the embarrassment of ripping me off.

Alejandro arrived on time and went above and beyond for us. After he found out we were new home owners, he took the time to educate me on the ins and outs of the plumbing workflow of our home. He was able to fix our issue quickly and provide quotes for a number of issues he found in the home. With no pressure to buy. Highly recommended this company.

I called on a Thursday and scheduled the next day to repair leaking service valve to a toilet. Service person was good, but diagnosis of problem seemed random. He recommended everything from replacing the entire toilet to simply repairing valve and internal workings. Toilet like new so I chose to just repair. Shocked at the highly inflated price of $370 for parts and 11/2 hours labor. Plus it was Friday, I’d already taken time off to be home, he didn’t have all parts, and I felt locked in because of time restraints to accept price and move forward. Had similar repair By same co. on another toilet a couple yrs prior at half the price. Service man stated it was higher price because work is quartered for a yr. Also, asked for invoice and he said he would email it to me,but never received. I’ll be looking for a new plumbing service.
