We're doing an extensive basement remodel. Josh was great, the quotes he gave us were fair, very well explained, and on the spot, no waiting days or a week for it! We asked a lot from him, separate and bundled quotes on various jobs including moving hvac/vents, water supply lines, installing a bathroom, just information overload. He was very knowledgeable and patient!

We woke up to a swampy wet basement, and they had techs here within the hour. Josh and Gary were great, very professional and quick to figure out the problem. I will definitely be using this company for the foreseeable future!

Adam and Josh came and were very friendly and helpful! They serviced my water heater today All Pro repaired my air conditioner, and did my electrical upgrade last year and I’ve had no problems since. I’m very happy with them! They told me what I could do to improve my plumbing system and prevent serious issues but were not pushy or rude about it. I recommend them.

They are sales people! A very young, inexperienced crew of service people. All very nice but the first thing they do is check out everything that’s been done on other equipment in your home. I had a furnace maintenance check and first he looked at the water heater and proceeded to tell me everything wrong with it. Then he looked at duct work which was completed to code 15 years ago and again told me everything wrong with it. When he finally got to the furnace he was going to remove the entire motor - 😳. I stopped him immediately and reminded him his only job is to vacuum it and look to see things are running as they should. The final straw was when he said he was going to run a carbon monoxide test and if it failed he would turn off the heat, file a report and I would need a brand new furnace installed. He had a punky attitude and he was out the door. The maintenance plan is a joke. Spend almost $300 on the plan and they’ll come out to check your plumbing, heating, sewer lines and tell you how much it will cost you to fix them. The scare tactics are unbelievable. Pure sales people. Use a reputable company that specializes in the particular field. All Pro is looking to increase sales and commissions.

Andrew came out and did an outstanding job today. He was here Saturday night installing a new HVAC system. Today he installed new thermostats that are user friendly. Thank you for a great job in keeping us cool this summer and ready for the cold this winter. We highly recommend All Pro Appliance!!!

Adam and Josh did a really good job. Very informative. Will continue to do business they replaced my HVAC system (furnace and air conditioner ) last year and they did a great job with it. Now they’ve serviced my water heater and I appreciate their work and honesty.

These guys DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PROMISES!! I had a year old condenser in perfect working condition removed and then replaced by them and once replaced the system has not functioned at all...the compressor was busted by one of their service people and they REFUSE to admit their mistake and REFUSE to replace the broken compressor, telling me I need to pay an additional $1000 to get the system working!!!
