A few years ago, I contacted Allen Family Plumbing & HVAC here in Casa Grande when I needed a new water heater installed and my old one removed. Jay was fantastic—he took time on the phone to go over all my questions and helped me understand if my installation would be straightforward or not. He worked around my busy schedule and was really flexible, even when I was running late to our appointment. Jay stayed in touch with me throughout my drive home, and when I finally arrived, he was still there, ready to get started. The installation went smoothly, and I was impressed by how friendly, professional, and knowledgeable he was. More recently, I needed to have my water heater drained. Evan came out and handled the job quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and even took a moment to give me helpful advice about replacing my toilets in the future. I really appreciate how reliable and honest everyone is—they always take the time to explain things in a way I can understand and never rush through the work. It’s not easy to find a plumbing company with such fair prices, dependable staff, and a personal touch. I trust them with my home, and I’ll definitely be calling again for any plumbing or HVAC needs. They checked everything thoroughly, explained what needed to be done, and not only replaced the pressure line but also installed a new hot water heater for me. allen family plumbing & hvac did a great job checking out a bathtub leak at my place. todd and the crew took their time to find the problem and explained what was wrong in simple words. they gave me helpful advice and answered all my questions. later, i asked them to come back because another contractor had a different idea about the leak. they showed up quickly, used their cameras to double-check, and confirmed what they found before, which helped save me both money and hassle. they didn't charge me for coming out again, and were really patient showing me the photos and telling me what they saw. while they were here, they also checked out my water heater because i saw a warning light. they opened it up, cleaned it out, checked all the parts, and reset it for me. again, no charge, since nothing needed fixing. they explained everything clearly and made sure i understood what was going on. i really appreciate how honest and knowledgeable they are. it's great to have a trustworthy plumber, especially with the hot arizona weather and all the plumbing issues that come with it!
