First time working with Allen's Plumbing...and I've already added them to my contact list for future services. Thank you, Allen & Matt for helping us with our sink faucet and bath tub cartridge replacement. Allen returned my call within 1 business day, he is very easy to reach and talk to. He quickly sent his technician, Matt, over to provide an estimate for us with no pressure. Matt was professional, knowledgeable and friendly - he explained everything thoroughly and helped us understand the scope of work while also answered a lot of our questions. The estimate was reasonable compared to other estimates we received and we appreciate that. While working on the bath faucet, a small part was so old, it broke (no one's fault) ....Matt fixed what he could and offered to order that part for us. He delivered it to us at a later date and re-installed it with no additional service fee (only the cost of the part). We can honestly say that's great customer service! We are very happy with their work and appreciate their helpfulness - would definitely work with them again.

We had the pleasure of working with Allen when we referred a customer to him for a service we weren’t certified to handle. He went above and beyond by performing a thorough assessment, keeping the customer informed, and ultimately identifying that the backflow needed to be failed.
