My HVAC system completely died during this cold stretch. I contacted Allied. The team came out and evaluated and suggested replacement. The turnaround between diagnosis and replacement was under a day. They did such a tremendous job on the replacement which was reasonably priced. Allied Home Services is, by far, the best contractor I have dealt with to date. And as someone who deals with a big old (OLD!) house – beautiful, but often cantankerous with a tendency to scare workmen away – I have had literally dozens out over the last number of years. Not only was Allied extremely quick in their response when I reported my plumbing problem (out the next morning to assess), they also shifted their schedule to do the work the nest day so it would be done by Christmas (hard to host without bathrooms!). In addition, not only they were very respectful of the house (booties, rugs rolled back & floor covers, wet wiping floors at end of day – plus the area they worked in was left in MUCH better shape than how they found it), they were also very respectful of my time – and stayed until well into the night to finish up so I did not have to miss more time from work. Their estimates were given quickly & at different levels of scope to choose from, the pricing was very fair, and the work done was very high quality. Lastly, the entire crew was knowledgeable, conscientious & truly pleasant & friendly the entire (long) day. Honestly, I can’t think of one remotely uncomplimentary thing to say – and feel grateful to have found a company I feel I can rely on. Call them!

We met Dennis and his team late one evening when we encountered what we thought was an emergency. Sadly, we quickly found out we were right. From the moment the very kind woman answered our call, I knew we had the right team! Dennis did some trouble shooting over the phone and said he would be right out. He and his employee showed up on time, were very friendly, competent, got right to work and ensured we understood everything that was happening and what was needed. Due to the nature of the issue he and his team had a few more days of work ahead of them. Each day they were on time, courteous, respectful of our home, thorough in their work and cleanliness and overall a pleasure to work with. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received! The team came out the same day we called, quickly diagnosed and cleared a sewer clog so we could use our showers and toilets that night. The very next day, they returned to complete the permanent repair. Throughout the process, they communicated every step clearly, explained our options, and made sure we understood what was happening.
