Allied is a very reputable company. They have always been available when needed in an emergency. Put in a new mini split system & did a good job! I would recommend them.

This company doesn’t know what the hell they’re doing! We called them twice about our heater — they came, “fixed” it, and as soon as they left, it broke again! Because of them, we’ve been sitting in a freezing cold house for days! I’m honestly losing my mind over this! How can you not handle something as basic as heating? Your workers clearly aren’t experienced enough — you should replace them! And if you can’t do this job properly, then just stop doing it! We shouldn’t have to suffer from your poor work just because our building management decided to work with you for some unknown, ridiculous reason!

We have been using Allied for our seasonal maintenance for several years. Their service technicians have always been friendly and experienced and we've been happy with them. We recently had to replace our old HVAC system; starting with the estimation process, Brad did a great job spec'ing out a new system for us and when I told him we were having issues with a specific room in the house not getting good air flow, he recommended installing a blower fan to see if that would resolve the issue. A few weeks later, Wilson and Hunter came onsite for the install. They were friendly and courteous and worked a full day to get the job done. Once the work was complete, Wilson gave me a walkthrough of everything that was done both inside and outside the house - he did a very thoughtful job of explaining all the complexities, breaking it down so that I could understand. They also did a nice job cleaning up the areas where they were working. It was clear that they both took pride in their work! With some hot weather over the past weeks since the install, we have noticed a big improvement in the airflow to that one room. Problem solved! We couldn't be more satisfied! Definitely recommend Allied - their team has always been very professional and experienced.

Many thanks to Hunter and Mason who came first thing on Monday, June 23 to repair a pinhole leak that flooded a section of our basement. The leak came through from the outside, so we had to have SCBWA turn off the water supply from the street to the house. Dave came right away to assess the situation, but we were then without water for ten days because of heavy rain and other factors. Hunter and Mason had to dig down deep that Monday morning -- working in extreme heat -- but they repaired the pipe, replaced all the soil that had been displaced, and left the whole area looking good as new by late afternoon. Again, we are grateful to Hunter, Mason, Dave, Amanda, and the whole Allied team. We’ve been customers for nearly 25 years, and Allied has served us well.

I highly recommend Brad at Allied Mechanical for his knowledge of HVAC design and performance issues. He resolved an ongoing issue for me by patiently listening to my description of the problem, asking good questions and gave me a two step correction plan which solved the problem!!. Later in the day Brad called me to check on the the status. Brad is a great asset for Allied Mechanical.

Ive trusted Allied with my home heating/AC system for 20+ years. Amanda has been a fantastic point person and is responsive in the scheduling of service, even during the rare times that Ive required Tech's for those unexpected issues. The Tech's are knowledgeable, timely, and friendly. They arrive at their scheduled time, but will reach out to you if they happen to be running behind. There's no waiting and wondering. The cost for their yearly preventive maintenance service is very reasonable for the through service you receive.

Called Allied M & E to remove/replace a kitchen faucet that was lime-scale cemented in place. Expert plumber Dave R. arrived on time, removed the old faucet and sprayer, cleaned the scale off the sink top, and installed and tested the new set. Great job, Dave! Emergency repair, furnace went out on a very cold night, temp in house dropped to 46. Allied came at 9:00  PM, within one hour of request. They made the repairs and we were back on line by 10:00  PM. Great job!
