Luke and Lathan did a fabulous job today replacing our old tankless water heater with a new one. This was about a 7 hour job which required relocation of the gas and water lines. They came out on Friday to look at our old water heater which was 20 years old and determined we needed a new one and it needed to be vented a different way. They came back Monday to install the new one. Quality of work was excellent and the guys were very polite and informative. Would highly recommend Allison’s Plumbing.

Exceptional service from securing an appointment to finishing the job. The over all customer service was pleasant & friendly which is the first most important step in servicing a customer. So Allisons Plumbing Heating & AC gets a AAA+ rating. Five stars isn’t enough. Josh & Luke were our plumbers for the day. They are two very friendly, kind and well mannered young men who made us smile at just that! In addition, they were more than willing to answer any and all questions as they went about troubleshooting to find the plumbing problem(s) we had. There were several, and as each one was found they explained thoroughly and in a way we both were able to understand how to correct each problem. It was also nice that before they began the process of repairing, they presented us with a price to complete the work. In the end, we couldn’t be more pleased. Allison's folks were knowledgeable and polite. My family wanted to make sure I really needed a new air compressor tank and asked to talk to one of the men when they came. They were very polite and explained all the details to my family member which convinced them that I indeed needed the service. I’ve used Allison’s Plumbing & Heating on a few occasions and was thoroughly satisfied with service and communication. However today’s experience topped them all! My expansion and well tanks were on the fritz and I had no hot water. Denita was able to maneuver the schedule to accommodate the issue and within 2 hours received a call help was on their way. My kitchen sink was completely clogged. I called Allison’s and a few hours later Ben and Luke arrived to help. They were quick, but very thorough and made sure the problem was 100% fixed before they left. They were very professional and communicated with me throughout the process. I would definitely recommend and would use them again if I need to!

When I tell you this will be the company I call if I ever need help again. I had a pipe that busted in my house. I called several plumbers no one return my call. All it took was 1 phone called I talk to a young lady, she said that it was 5 calls for emergency ahead of me they probably won’t be out to the next day. I said I take it. I decided to go to work since I knew I won’t be seeing until tomorrow I got a phone call as soon as I arrived at work, she said we sending someone to your house right now  I told her my oldest son is home can I pay over the phone since I was at work, she said yes. She sent out Larson (omg I pray that’s his name) he came and took care of the issue.
