I had an absolutely incredible experience with All Star Service & Repair, and I have to give a huge shoutout to their technician, Holland. From start to finish, Holland was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was working perfectly. He showed up on time, explained the process in a way that was easy to understand, and went above and beyond to make sure my system was running at its best. It’s rare these days to come across someone who takes this much pride in their work, but Holland truly does. He was polite, thorough, and didn’t leave until everything was dialed in and I was 100% satisfied. The difference in comfort in my home was noticeable immediately, and I have complete confidence in the work that was done. If you’re looking for an HVAC company you can trust, and a technician who treats your home like it’s his own, ask for Holland. He’s a rockstar! Five stars isn’t enough – I’d give ten if I could.

I can’t say enough about Adam from Allstar Service and Repair. I called with an emergency on my heater. It was blowing only cold air and with the temperatures dropping rapidly, I was very concerned with the pipes bursting. Adam was able to quickly help me diagnose the issue and walked through the steps over the phone on a Friday night. He was patient and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this honest and upstanding business and won’t hesitate to use them again. They will be my first call!

I had a plumbing issue that was handled by Travis, and he did an excellent job fixing everything the right way. He was professional, thorough, and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was working perfectly. Adam, the owner, was also great to work with — very responsive and made sure the situation was taken care of quickly. It’s clear this company truly cares about their customers and stands behind their work. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience another plumber told us we need a whole new line to the house… Tobias came in snaked and used a camera and found roots he was professional and was able get the roots out! We were able to drain and flush again! Highly recommend!

I had a floor drain and toilet overflow in my basement. Tobias came out and did a camera inspection and discovered the source of the problem. His crews that came in to work on the cast iron removal (Val, Cole, Cody, and Tyler) did outstanding work and kept me informed every step of the way. The outside crew that fixed the "belly" in the line were also awesome and did a superb job (Jason, Kadin, and Cole). Tobias and Jose always returned my calls and answered all of my questions. I will recommend these guys to all of my family and friends. They were excellent!

Kevin was knowledgeable and professional. He handled the repair of my toilet great, but i do have do call him out on cleanliness and carefulness. There was no effort to clean up afterwards. He left several incredibly obvious grease spots, including shoe prints on the baseboard, and some spots on the hallway carpet. Worst of all, he left some scratches on the brand new vanity countertop that i will not be able to repair. I get that he was running late due to having issues finding the right parts, but cleanup is definitely part of the job.

After paying $960 to have my shower valve replaced by Allstar Plumbing, the leak below my tub continued to run downstairs and into the ceiling of my lower level. When I asked my Allstar technician how he diagnosed the problem, he said that he saw the valve through the hole in the floor and asserted that there was no doubt that the valve was bad. He did not provide me with any photos of the bad valve, nor any logical explanations, and when I called another plumber to get a second opinion, that plumber explained to me why it was impossible to see the shower valve through the floor as Allstar’s technician claimed. I paid almost a thousand dollars for a misdiagnosis. I will never use Allstar Plumbing again. I don’t trust them and will be a voice advocating against them.

Absolutely recommend Allstar Service. My experience was beyond expectations. Contacted Adam on Saturday afternoon, and was able to get me scheduled much earlier than expected. Technician Ethan arrived exactly on schedule and completed a somewhat complicated installation and needed upgrades to code in my 70 year old house. Very professional work, fair price, great service. I would give more stars if i could. Allstar will be my only call for future upgrades.
