Shawn Henry was brilliant, so well educated in his expertise of plumbing. We first met Shawn at Home _____. He installed a water heater dismantled and carried away the old one. A couple years later our Manablock water system needed rebuilding. He analyzed the issue reconfigured all parts and rebuilt the entire system with confidence. Another plumber wanted 30k to replumb our entire home. Shawn was confidant and knew his suppliers and guaranteed perfection. That's exactly what he honored. He is honest, conscientious and knowledgeable and a really fine human being you can trust. We are grateful elders who gave him a chance and he was our rock star in time of need. Always Plumbing was referred to me by a family member when I needed to determine if I had a leak in my garage. Shawn was able to see me the next day, showed me the issue, and provided lots of great information on possible solutions. Two days later he was back to fix the problem (my water heater needed to be replaced). He completed the work, explained everything to me after he was finished and left my garage nice and clean. 10/10 would recommend Always Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber.

Love working with this company!!! Open and honest communication throughout the entire process! Very nice and cleans up after work every time! I usually hate dealing with plumbers because I always feel like I am being taken advantage of, but not with this company! We had Shawn from Always plumbing come out to replace our "dead" electric water heater that had faithfully served the last two owners of our house since 2012. The old water heater went out with a bang, or should I say-with a flash, LOL! Shawn was nice enough to come out on this past Sunday morning and did an excellent job at a reasonable price. While he was here, we also had him replace the washer and dryer valves as they were original to the house and were on my to do list. Shawn told me the easiest way to do those valves if I wanted to do them myself, but with me on chemo (and the yucky side effects) It made sense that while Shawn was here, he could do those as well. We are happy with our service and Shawn definitively knows his craft well! You can't go wrong having Shawn help you with your plumbing needs!

Had a leak, Shawn was highly recommended, he made it out right away and fixed the problem. Asked for a whole house water softener/treatment system estimate while he was here. He offered a great system at a very good price. He was able to get it completed the very next day. Expert installation, cleaned the entire area upon completion, answered every question I had. Very professional and honest with extremely reasonable pricing.

Shawn and Cody did an awesome job installing new faucets, 2 water heaters, a redox system, and an RO system. Along the way they had to sometimes get creative with aspects of the installs but they handled it with true professionalism and craftsmanship. Their attention to detail is second to none.

Hired them as there was a burst pipe in our foundation. Never having experienced this before, and with Always Plumbing referred to me by a plumber we’ve used before, I agreed to their price, assuming the job would take a long time. The work submitted for the job and not by the hour, but it was completed in 6-8 hours, so my average hourly cost came to between $600-&700 an hour. They did a good job, but I would recommend getting other plumbers to come in with other bids.
