We were having issues with our garbage disposal and reached out to Rich to come take a look at it. Before scheduling an appointment, he was actually able to quickly diagnose the problem over the phone and walk us through how to fix it right away. I appreciated Rich so much for taking the time to help us over the phone instead of coming out and charging us for what turned out to be an easy fix. We will definitely use Rich in the future for any plumbing needs and highly recommend him for his knowledge and professionalism!

Best experience I've ever had with a company. Got a live person right away & Kevin responded in 30 minutes. You can't go wrong dealing with Rich and Kevin. They got to the work (waterline replacement from meter to house) promptly & cleaned up perfectly.

This was my first experience with American Plumbing and Rooter. Rich and his team are excellent. On the initial phone call, Rich was very helpful and asked great questions about my plumbing issue. Kevin stopped by, right on time, and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. Our shower works great now. Thanks again Rich and Kevin. Great company, highly recommended!

So grateful to American Plumber and Rooter. So grateful for the service that I received. Kris came out and put in a new water heater with incredible urgency and care. I had a few questions following the installation and T has always replied right away. I am so grateful for the service, value, and quality that I received From American plumbing and Rooter. Rich and his team are amazing! I reached out to them for a water shut off valve and hose bib manifold that had seen its better days. Rich was very responsive over the phone and after sending him a few pictures of our setup, had me on the schedule the same week. Kevin arrived to take care of business and did a masterful job installing some new, shiny copper for us and the best part, everything works beautifully now. Both Rich and Kevin were professional, kind, and provided excellent service all the way around. Look no further than these guys for your plumbing needs! Thank you!

Rich and his staff were great to work with. I called him at 11pm when our water heater sprung a leak. He was at our house by 7am and explained clearly what to expect. Very professional and courteous, and shared some useful tips on keeping our new water heater in good shape. Would definitely recommend!

Needed a water heater replaced but had time to research. I called 6 plumbing companies! I'm so glad I found Rich. He came recommended and I can see why. He is so responsive! He took the time to talk about my situation. He educated me on water heaters, thier maintenance, and he didn't scoff or get defensive with my questions (as some of the other companies I contacted had done). I immediately knew after my call that I wanted to work with American Plumbing. They were the most affordable out the 6 others I called! I scheduled the appointment for today. They arrived when they said they would. After the install, he explained how to maintain the water heater and even took time to address other plumbing concerns I had. He answered my texts promptly and courteously. I intend to use American Plumbing for future plumbing needs and would highly recommend them!
