We were having issues with our garbage disposal and reached out to Rich to come take a look at it. Before scheduling an appointment, he was actually able to quickly diagnose the problem over the phone and walk us through how to fix it right away. I appreciated Rich so much for taking the time to help us over the phone instead of coming out and charging us for what turned out to be an easy fix. We will definitely use Rich in the future for any plumbing needs and highly recommend him for his knowledge and professionalism!
Best experience I've ever had with a company. Got a live person right away & Kevin responded in 30 minutes. You can't go wrong dealing with Rich and Kevin. They got to the work (waterline replacement from meter to house) promptly & cleaned up perfectly.
This was my first experience with American Plumbing and Rooter. Rich and his team are excellent. On the initial phone call, Rich was very helpful and asked great questions about my plumbing issue.
