Shopping with Andres Company was incredibly easy and stress-free. They installed my boiler in just two days, and the entire experience was excellent from beginning to end. This is hands down the best company in the Bethlehem area—I wouldn’t trust my business with anyone else. Doug was an amazing salesman: fair, honest, and straight to the point, which I truly appreciated. Everything was explained clearly, with no pressure or surprises. I had an exceptionally great experience with Andreas plumbing heating and air. Specifically speaking Alex Mehmeti worked relentlessly throughout the day to ensure that my baseboard heater was fixed (due to it bursting from the cold) and that my boiler was running perfectly before leaving. I would strongly recommend that anyone with plumbing heating or air problems uses this comapny, this is the second time that I had a technician from the company come to the house and both times they did absolutely amazing jobs doing everything in there power to make my home livable again so I would like to say Thank You!!! and you will absolutely have my buisness in the future with any issues I find on my home!

From first contact with a representative on the phone, to final completion of my installation, Andreas Plumbing & Heating was outstanding! Doug, who initially came out to assess my mini-split request, was very professional & knowledgeable. He spent time answering all my questions, and came up with a great idea to minimize cable visibility. I cannot recommend this plumbing team highly enough! Ethan and Matt came out to my home to handle a leak and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. They both were incredibly kind and courteous. Instead of just diving in without a word, they took the time to properly diagnose the problem and most importantly explained the "why" behind the issue in a way that actually made sense. It’s much appreciated to have a team who that was transparent and willing to teach me. They set very clear expectations regarding the timeline and the cost before they started any work. They offered practical, effective solutions and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. They were polite, respectful of my home, and maintained total transparency throughout the entire process. Ethan and Matt were able to fix the problem efficiently. The combination of professionalism, politeness, and transparency is all you could ask for when something is broken and you are stressed. Highly recommend!

Aaron provided phenomenal service. He determined what the issued is and was very gracious answering my questions. I do like to learn and some people might get annoyed with the questions, but not so today. Thank you to both Aaron and Andreas for being there for me in an emergency. Just had a new hot water tank installed by Aaron. He is very respectful and knowledgeable in his line of work. I plan on doing new showers and toilets put in by this young man. Great work done. Thank you so much Aaron 
