Andy & Joe did a hot water heater replacement and pressure reducing valve installation for me in December 2025. They responded quickly to develop an estimate and explain the work that needed to be done. The estimate was reasonable and there was no need for haggling. They installed the work a day or so later and were prompt, clean and courteous while doing so. They explained everything they were doing and gave good guidance for future maintenance. I was glad to have them do work on my house in Roxborough and would be happy to recommend them to anyone else. ~Alex

How great to have found Andy’s Plumbing! They were recommended to me by my daughter, who is always anxious about arranging for household repairs. But she was very positive about the total experience she had had, and delighted to have her toilet working again. Now I am adding my voice: I am thrilled with the job Andy and his assistant did on my sink. I can now fill a large pot with water in an instant, where before I could walk away and do something else in the time it took. The fixtures he replaced operate so much better than what I had before (even when they were new), with not a leak anywhere. And when they left, the work area was spotless.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I had a storm drain that wasn't keeping up during heavy rain. I had "another" plumbing company out who attempted to hydro jet the drain (for almost $600) and it failed. They didn't even try to snake it, and immediately moved to suggesting a $7,000 repair of the drain, claiming it was broken. Fast forward one week and Andy and his team arrived. They not only snaked the line, they did a video camera to examine the pipes - no breaks were found! While they found roots, we are now working on a treatment plan. His fees were nearly HALF the other company and he actually cleared the drain. Water is flowing! I kicked myself for quickly scheduling with the larger provider who was available next day. I should have just waited for the PROFESSIONAL, complete and thorough service with Andy's Plumbing. I highly recommend without hesitation.

Andy and his entire team are so amiable, professional and reassuring. Marlene especially, who takes the calls, has a way of making me feel calm no matter how stressed or panicked I am when I call. They do a good job at a fair price and are reliable. Jason, who recently fixed my leaking toilet, was kind, caring and incredibly efficient. Let me jusy say, Andy's has my absolute loyalty. Gotta love an older house... that's 90% of what we have in Philly, right? This visit was a two-fer. Toilet reseating and investigate a water leak in a bathroom. Both done thoroughly with proper fixes. Andy's team is smart, experienced, and understands older houses and all their nuances. Had issue with water leaking from under kitchen sink. Problem solved same day. Andy's has been to my home a few times over the years always for something else.. new water heater.
