Any Hour Services has been great and dependable. Especially during high stress times. We initially had Carlos come and snake our drains. They couldnt get through which meant our line was broken. He took us through each step to show us what was wrong. He called for a camera technician to come and see. Todd came and was a great help in showing us how the line was broken. He helped us through the process and scheduling to get the line repaired. On the day of work, James Murano came and began his work. He had an amazing crew! He worked with Arturo, Aguado, Jose Corona, Juan Carmona. The main crew who helped on the entire project which unavoidably lasted 3 days was Beto, Levy Herrera, Steve Decol, and Dan. These guys were such an amazing crew. I cannot express the lengths they took to ensure we had a serviceable system. They worked through some unknown issues that made their work take longer. I am extremely grateful for Any Hour Services for helping us in this difficult situation.

Mark was amazing! He explained everything thoroughly and was very respectful of our home. He went above and beyond; double checking specific details to make sure we got the right product that would last and work best for us. He filled up our new water softener with salt. He even fixed a loose handle he came across 😄 Mark was fun to talk with and very personable. By the end he felt like a family friend!

I recently had a new range hood vent installed by Any Hour Services, and I’m very pleased with the experience. The technicians, Presley B. and Corry T., were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the process. They arrived on time, walked me through every detail of the installation, and made sure I understood the setup and what to expect. They completed the work neatly and carefully, taking the time to ensure everything was properly sealed and aligned. While the vent can’t be fully tested until the new hood is installed, the overall workmanship and attention to detail give me full confidence that everything was done right. The Any Hour technician, Daniel O, showed up at the appointed time. He was Professional, Courteous and quite Amicable! I appreciated how Daniel explained everything he was going to do. When the initial review of our furnace was complete, he advised on our options without aggressively pushing or attempting to upsell. Daniel provided photos of the various tests he completed.

The excavation team—Cesar, Eddi, Willy, and Steve—handled a surprising situation with care and professionalism. Initially, only a section of the main sewer line was scheduled for replacement. However, upon closer inspection, we discovered that the pipe was actually made of Orangeburg material, which required replacing an entire length of over 10 feet. Fortunately, the company did not charge us anything additional beyond the original quote. The job was completed well, and everything was cleaned up efficiently, with clear communication throughout the process. We truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism in navigating this challenging situation, which resulted in more work for them.

We had our sewer line and our Water main replaced. Logan and Rafael and the whole team we’re amazing! They took the time to understand our needs and to teach us about how things worked and answered all of our questions. I really appreciated their professionalism and care in their work. It turned out even better than I thought it would. Daniel, Alberto, Marselo, and Wilfredo were amazing! They really went above and beyond on the interior of the home. They explained things very well and even did things better than the expectation.

Do not use Any Hour Services if you expect an honest maintenance visit or actual customer support. I called them out for a routine AC tune-up on a system that was functioning perfectly and consistently holding temperature. My smart thermostat runtime logs clearly show the system running completely normal cooling cycles right up until the technician arrived around 9 AM on Friday the 22nd of May. For some reason, the tech had to turn on the heat because it was too cold in the house... Go figure? That's because the AC was working. During the inspection, the entire unit suddenly went dead. The technician then claimed that a fuse had spontaneously failed on its own and demanded $141 on the spot to replace it, leaving the house completely without cooling when I refused to pay an exorbitant markup for a common $12 part that failed directly while he was handling the unit. ​To make matters worse, their advertised "24-hour service" is a completely automated illusion when a real issue arises. When I tried calling to get this resolved, I was repeatedly funneled to an AI bot named Dane, complete with artificial background noise clearly engineered to make it sound like he was sitting in a busy human call center. The only response I ever received was a callback from someone who also sounded entirely like a bot, identifying himself as Hank, who left a voicemail. ​The phone number "Hank" left in that voicemail turned out to be a complete dead end designed to run customers in circles. Every single time I attempted to call it back—across multiple attempts at completely different hours of the day—the line would ring exactly once, display a "Busy Line" message, and abruptly disconnect. This company doesn't just leave you stranded with a broken system after a routine maintenance check; they actively hide behind a wall of automated ghost lines, fake call center noise, and dead-end voicemails to completely dodge accountability. On a 3-day holiday weekend, in rising temperatures, they failed completely. ​Fortunately, thanks to Gemini AI and some pictures I took, I was able to diagnose and break down the issue. I found the fuse box, shut the power off, took out the broken fuse, went to Lowe's for a replacement, and came back and installed it myself. $141 dollars for what? No thanks. I won't be working with this company ever again after this malicious experience. Save yourself the nightmare and find a company that employs real humans who stand behind their work. **EDIT NOTE (Update — May 27, 2026):** Management did reach out to me today. They granted a full refund for the AC tune-up and offered a complimentary service package in an attempt to remedy the situation. While I appreciate the financial resolution, and am adjusting my rating to 2 stars to reflect that they ultimately took financial accountability...I declined the service package as it is not something I am willing or able to use at this time. While the refund is a step in the right direction, it doesn't completely erase the reality of what happened. Genuine accountability happens in the moment, not days later after being publicly called out. Absolutely nothing changes the look of discomfort I had to see on my kids' faces the next day because of how incredibly hot this house became. I am leaving this update here as a serious warning to both future customers and the company itself: automated systems and retrospective refunds cannot replace real, immediate human support when a family is left stranded in the heat over a holiday weekend. I do appreciate them trying to make things right because we all make mistakes, but sometimes a reminder of those mistakes is needed to keep progressing towards betterment.

I hired this company to install a bathroom exhaust fan, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. First, the fan was installed in the wrong location. On top of that, the workmanship throughout the job was careless. The wall was damaged during installation of the switch, and the lights installed over my shower were done improperly—there are visible gaps/holes that could allow moisture into the drywall, which is completely unacceptable for a bathroom environment. The exterior work is just as concerning. The roof exhaust vent was sealed so poorly that it honestly looks like it was done by someone with no experience. This is not just an appearance issue—it raises real concerns about potential water intrusion and long-term damage. To make matters worse, one of the fuses they replaced appears to be used and covered in paint, rather than a new component as I paid for. That alone is unacceptable and raises questions about their overall standards. The most frustrating part of this entire situation is the lack of accountability. I have been trying for over a week to get these issues addressed, and I have been completely ignored. No follow-up, no effort to fix the problems, and no communication from management. At this point, I cannot recommend this company. The quality of work is poor, and the customer service is even worse. I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring them.
