Alex and Tyler were amazing! Both were extremely friendly and explained every step of the process between diagnosis and fixing the plumbing issues in our home. Pricing with this company is completely transparent. They explain exactly what they recommend and how much it will cost along with all of your options in the beginning before they charge you for anything. They were happy to talk through all of my questions thoroughly until I fully understood everything that was needed to resolve our issues. We have used Any Hour Services for years and I have always had a 5 star experience. I highly recommend them!

Jake Vasquez did an excellent and thorough job on our furnace. We were only expecting a quick inspection post repair and prior to city certification, but he discovered another leak and remediated the issue on the spot. He had a very happy demeanor even with the extra work; he even cleaned up and vacuumed the work area. He also recommended that we get a water leak sensor system which will definitely add to our peace of mind. Recommend Jake for future work and awesome customer service!

Wow! Mark C. and Daryn D. were amazing. These young men know how to work hard and do a difficult job! Mark and Daryn had to deal with a 120 year old house that was cluttered and dated. Take that obstacle and then get a 46 year old furnace out of a small basement closet area! I’m sure it was a pain! However, they worked tirelessly from 9am to 6pm, with no lunch! Christian C and Aideen were amazing. Very professional and Knowledgeable. They went through the entire system and assisted with remote phone setup. The system is purchased is quiet. Before they left they cleaned thier work area inside and out better than it was before they arrived.Will definitely look forward to doing business with them again but not too soon. A+++

Cameron & Tucker provided top notch advice and customer care today while servicing our water heater tune up. Identified some code issues and explained our options on repairs and replacement as well as other concerns we had. We ended up purchasing a water softener after they answered our questions - something we had thought about for the past couple of years. We feel very happy with our decisions and Cameron and Tucker installed the system in a couple of hours after first updating our heater, then going back to the warehouse to get our new softener plus salt. Looking forward to less buildup in our pipes and shower head in the coming weeks!
