Greg and Cameron came out to replace our chandelier and add a surge protector. The ceiling was 20 ft high, so they brought a lift. The other company we called before them only had a scaffolding option. They were great to have around and did a flawless job.

Tino, Greg & Matthew were AMAZING! I’ve always wanted an electric stove & I bought one and I didn’t have the right connection for it… after my gas one was hauled away I was stressed! Black Diamond Experts - Sammy Carriere -provided great customer service! He was friendly and kind. He inspected our furnace and provided necessary routine maintenance (gave it a tune up). He took time to explain the work he would be doing. I highly recommend Black Diamond Experts and will contact them for any future furnace needs.

Upon arriving to our home in the evening we found water on the floor. Looking up we found the source! There was a leak in the ceiling somewhere and it needed to be delt with quickly and was beyond our capabilities. We live in a small town so often have to find service professionals in larger towns so couldn't do anything until the next morning. Upon research I found Black Diamond Experts and they were very helpful and scheduled to have a technician come out that day. Our technician, Matthew, was incredibly conscientious, knowledgeable and found our leak quickly. He kept us informed every step of the way, gave us a fair price, and quickly completed the repair. We are very happy with all aspects of our experience with this company and would not hesitate to use them in the future. Thank you Matthew for taking such great care of us and our home!

The four man team Luis, Caleb, Isiah and Chase had a great attitude and worked well together removing and installing the HVAC system at our home. Very professional and focused including answering questions as they worked. I was a supervisor for 30 years and a team that works well assisting each other as needed with none of them acting like they were more important or avoiding work is very valuable. Everyone I have talked with at Any Hour/Black Diamond were very helpful including the Tech assessing our home with options and dispatch department alerting us with the time to expect the technicians to arrive.

I have worked with these fine people for over a month now on a variety of home repair and improvement projects. Tino (the electrician) has done excellent work and his knowledge and recommendations have guided me towards setups and solutions I wouldn't have considered otherwise, but am immensely happy with. Brook (the plumber) has installed several systems in my home and I am as pleased as can be with the results. The HVAC team has also done superb work and I look forward to continuing business with all of these folks. If you need complex work done in a reasonable span of time, these are your people!
