Apex Plumbing

Apex is great. When you call you get an actual person and they use tools that help them schedule and communicate with you during the day over Text. Their email system for their quotes worked really well and they did great work during the last three updates we needed to the house. Had toilet fixed, drips fixed, faucets replaced, expansion tank and vent pipe updating, and drains. I always call Apex first and have never had to call anyone else!

We do not recommend going with Apex Plumbing. We had a toilet clog and sewage backed up into our tub. We contacted Apex to fix the problem through our home warranty. The plumber who came was only here for about five minutes before leaving. After he left, we discovered that he had forced something through the pipes enough that sewage backed up into our utility room, soaking our drywall, new carpet, and various belongings with sewage. There was also a pile of sewage all over our driveway from a sewer line the plumber would have walked over to get to his car. Additionally, the toilet clogged again with the next flush. We contacted Apex a second time and the plumber came out and fixed the clog, but didn’t touch any of the utility room. When we contacted them about cleaning, they claimed they are not liable for the flood and subsequent damage. Now we have a basement covered in sewage and are much worse off after working with them.

These guys killed it! Called the other day expecting to get on the schedule later in the week or next. Said they could have someone out that day! A few hours earlier than they originally told me even. After only an hour the tech they sent out was done, fixed what I needed, referred me to someone else for services they don’t do, texted me the bill and that was that! From the woman I spoke to on the phone, to the tech they sent out, down to the work done, awesome customer service. Keep it up guys!

We used Apex Plumbing as recommended by a realtor; our water began leaking during our vacation. Our wonderful realtor went to the house to check on some things for us and noticed the leak. Apex came over to do a general inspection, which led to a new water heater 😟. The young man who came out to verify the leak came back the same day and replaced the water heater. He did a spectacular job of explaining everything and cleaning things up after. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. They were very timely, efficient, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions in normal language. GREAT JOB!!!

They installed the wrong faucet and installed it incorrectly, then refused to fix it when we contacted them. We ended up digging the packaging for the wrong faucet out of the trash in order to return it to purchase the correct faucet, then paying for a second plumber to come install it correctly. It was incredibly disappointing they wouldn't own up to and fix their mistake. The builder-grade faucet Apex picked out was the faucet we wanted, but was not the faucet Apex ordered and installed.

Hyrum showed up on time and was kind, knowledgeable, and fast. The whole process was smooth and easy! We got our water softener and water heater replaced as well as our water pressure adjusted- all same day as they came to look at it! He was upfront about prices as well. I know nothing about typical prices for plumbing parts and labor, but Google Gemini said that my final itemized bill was “an absolute masterclass of a deal.”

The technician arrived early. He communicated that he was on his way so I was prepared. I even received a photo so I knew who to expect. He did a great job installing my new water heater. It took less time than I had expected it would. He explained things to me and asked if I had any questions before he left. I will definitely use Apex Plumbing in the future.

I had Hyrum to my house on a service call. Clean professional outstanding service what a great young man. He's also extremely fast and efficient in his trade. Highly recommend Hyrum when you need something fixed on your plumbing he is fast and professional it's big deal to me and kind as well when we were conversing. Kudos to Apex for their quality of individuals working for their company.
