We had an unfortunate incident where one of our children pulled on the water hose and cracked the copper pipe nearly flush against the wall. This meant I had to shut off water to the entire house. Not the best when you've got 4 children who absolutely need to bathe every day. Not to mention our COVID-inspired hand washing routine. I gave Apple Plumbing a call and spoke with Haley, who was very kind and completely understanding of the urgency we faced. With the water off, I was hoping they could send someone out by the next day. Instead, someone was at my house within the hour to assess the damage. Once they determined what was needed, my pipe was repaired in record time. From the time I called to when the job was finished was probably barely 2 hours total. So thankful for their prompt response and consideration of our emergency. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality at reasonable rates.

Apple has been great! I have used them at 2 home sites and they have been prompt and helpful at both. Brandon and Grant were both thorough and friendly. I needed a detailed explanation of work that was completed and a quote for future needs and they were willing to go above and beyond to write it up. The team in the office are great as well. Easy to reach and set up needed services. Will gladly use them again!

Apple Plumbing Services is nothing short of a god send. I contacted Apple Plumbing after having a odd feeling about another plumber I had hired and worked with for a sewer line which collapsed. Apple Plumbing came right out and confirmed my suspicions and literally hand held me through every single detail of the job and their findings. Some of the work they found to have been completed correctly and they advised me of this. But the work which was not done correctly was explained to me in laymans terms included a color coded diagram! Yes, a diagram! I was losing sleep over this disaster in my rental home and they were able to repair the problem at a fraction of a price and have assisted me obtain the information needed to rectify the situation with the first provider who was already paid an exorbitant fee. I would not trust ANY OTHER plumber or drain company ever to come to my home. They are fair and conscientious and are reasonably priced...everyone deserves to make a living and a fair living at that, but this company prides themselves on excellent work for a fair price. Joni and Randy, and the entire staff including the hand crew, have been nothing short of fantastic! Highly highly recommend them!

Brandon at Apple Plumbing just saved our day! We had an urgent situation which required me to turn off the water to my home on a Friday afternoon and a house full of family. I was so worried, but Apple sent Brandon out and he knew exactly what to do and resolved the issue quickly so we were back to normal in time for the weekend. I have used many plumbing companies in Phoenix over the last 20 years and Apple is the only one I trust to do the job right the first time. They are courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly, straight shooters. Never an upsell which I appreciate so much.
