Excellent service from start to finish! The Aqua plumbing team was professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable. Alex handled the job quickly and efficiently while keeping everything clean. The pricing was reasonable, and the quality of work was outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumbing service. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

We were very happy with Aqua Plumbing's Alex and his brother Ray's work at our home. We had a relatively emergent situation with a natural gas leak that needed to be patched to get the gas turned back on, and Alex was very prompt and showed up within 2 hours of reaching out (they're a recommended business through Home Depot's ProReferral system, which is how we got connected). After discussing what we needed to have fixed, Alex went to work right away. He spent a great portion of the morning fixing things, and when he had to attend to another job his brother Ray showed up and took over. The work was done well, they were very clean, prompt, payment was easy, and we were very happy with what the brothers did. It wasn't cheap work, but they're licensed/bonded/insured and the highest quality of repairs so it's a very worthwhile investment -- especially for something like a gas leak, where you have to get the City of Phoenix involved. (A special note--if you use Southwest Gas for your natural gas provider, they will *not* accept an inspection from anyone except the City of Phoenix, with a permit required as well. We had confusion about whether Aqua Plumbing's inspection would suffice, and Alex went to great lengths to provide an inspection to Southwest Gas in a timely fashion, but unfortunately it wasn't valid according to their requirements. Aqua Plumbing was very generous and offered to refund some of the cost for their inspection, which we didn't expect but were very appreciative that he did.)

Exceptional Service from Alex at Aqua Plumbing Services I recently called Aqua Plumbing Services for a severe drain clog, and I am thrilled with the service I received from Alex. He truly went above and beyond to solve a problem that a previous plumber had given up on. Initially, Alex encountered the same challenge the first plumber did: the snake could not get past a few feet into the plumbing line to clear the clog. However, instead of quitting, Alex immediately started searching for another angle of approach and different inlets. He carefully and professionally moved our dishwasher to access the pipe from an entirely new position. It was evident that Alex knows exactly what he is doing. His persistent effort paid off, and he successfully cleared the deep clog. Beyond his technical skill, Alex was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. He clearly prioritizes getting the job done right and making sure it is done at a reasonable price for his customer. I would strongly recommend using Alex and Aqua Plumbing Services to anyone needing reliable and determined plumbing expertise.
