I recently experienced a flood that damaged my water heater, leaving my household without hot water. With two young children, getting a replacement quickly was especially important. When I contacted Aqua Plumbing and explained my situation, they immediately adjusted their schedule to accommodate me. The team provided a clear time window before arriving and showed up right on schedule. They were friendly, professional, and considerate of my home—laying down plastic to prevent any mud or water from creating a mess while removing the old heater. The entire process was quick, clean, and affordable, a truly smooth and pleasant experience during a stressful time.

The inspection of our house pointed out some corroded pipes (including one directly above the electrical panel), as well as the unexpected discovery that the main water line into the property was a lead pipe. We opted to have all the work done at once soon after moving in, and got multiple quotes from various plumbers. The guys from Aqua who came out to do the assessment were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, giving us detailed explanations of what they would be doing in order to get the job done. They also pointed out some extraneous pipes in the laundry room, and recommended spending the little bit extra to get the entire space tidied up while they were on site; normally I would have considered such suggestions as an up sell, but it made total sense to me since they were in the space doing half the work already. The initial quote from Aqua came in a bit higher than the other plumber we were considering, and Aqua price matched without any issue. Throughout the experience, I loved that I could communicate with Aqua via email (often easier for me due to the nature of my work), and they were always easy to reach. They also accommodated the need to shift the day for the work due to an unexpected overlap with the moving truck, which I greatly appreciated. In the days leading up to the job, I received detailed explanations of the work to be done, including the names of the workers assigned to my job, which made me feel even better about Aqua's professionalism. The day of the job, the truck was a little delayed but work commenced immediately after the guys arrived, and all the work was completed in one day - they arrived around 8:30 AM and wrapped a little before 5 PM. All five guys were great, and partway through the day they asked about fixing another pipe in the laundry room they hadn't seen before, which I readily consented to. The hole in the sidewalk to access the lead pipe was also significantly smaller than expected, which was an added bonus. While the guys did their best to keep dirty boot prints at bay, my biggest complaint was that they did not cover anything in the laundry room prior to drilling holes in the wood (I had to vacuum twice to get all the splinters up). The laundry tub was even full of wood chips, meaning they started drilling and didn't close the lid. Getting all of this work done was very expensive, but we are both so happy with the experience with Aqua, and will certainly use them again if we need anything plumbing related in the future.

Hello Anthony. Aqua wants a review. But I wouldn't call them next time I need a plumber despite you finding the cause of the water stain on my ceiling. Would I call a plumber who doesn't bring a tape measure into the house to locate where the stain is in the bathroom above? I showed you that location because I measured it, and from that you figured out the likely source of the water intrusion. Good for you. Would I want a plumber who uses a not-sharp knife to hack into the sheetrock around the stain and bang a hole with his fist and hammer, when I told you there was a ceiling joist running across that area? Once the hole was there you eliminated the possible sources of water, shower, washing machine, upstairs sink all negative. So you saw the sloping upstairs floor next to the shower and the uncaulked baseboard and figured if water got onto the floor it could leak thru into the ceiling below. Good catch.

Aqua came twice, and their service was impeccable. They came out on very short notice to fix a broken outdoor faucet - they were even able to get me moved up in the schedule and installed a separate shut off to prevent future leaks! Then they came back to replace the faucet entirely and put in a second spigot at the rear of our home. Anthony and Vinnie were wonderful - they were professional, friendly, and did beautiful work. The team at the office were really responsive and it was easy to manage paperwork and invoices. I really appreciated how quick they were to respond in an emergency and the quality of their work. I would highly recommend their services.
