I highly recommend this company. They were swift to schedule our emergency plumbing needs. Dustin was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and communicative. He took his time to explain everything and helped us understand the restoration process that we needed due to some flooding. We are so thankful to him and this company. Arid Valley all the way!!!

Zach, Mr. Sharp just finished fixing our leaking pex pipe. He did a fantastic job. VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE. Not something that you see a lot of these days. We highly recommend Zach and Sage Plumbing!!

Dustin is clearly very experienced as he was able to diagnose the toilet issue immediately. Then he quickly replaced the needed part and the toilet is good for use again. In addition he is very likable as he’s pleasant and polite. Dustin is a great asset to your company service now used for the second time!

I was having issues with my kitchen sink leaking so they sent Dustin out to assist me. He was very friendly and professional and was able to locate the issue immediately. He was very quick and efficient and instead of just doing a patch job he replaced my entire faucet! It looks amazing and is a huge upgrade from my last one! He was extremely helpful and even made sure to clean up after he was done! I highly recommend! 10/10!

Jesse Rico arrived at our home to replace old parts in the bathtub water spout that were no longer functioning properly. He promptly identified the problem and went right to work. Mr. Rico was very professional; courteous and respectful. We were especially impressed and pleased that he cleaned up his work area and left everything tidy. When I reached out for an estimate due to an emergency leak, they responded quickly and at no cost, which was incredibly reassuring during a stressful time. Mario, the plumber who came out, was exceptional. He took the time to explain in detail what was happening with the leak and outlined potential issues that could arise if left unaddressed. His thorough knowledge and professionalism gave me confidence in the work that needed to be done. Mario repaired one part of the plumbing and then returned promptly to complete the second phase of the job. What impressed me most was his attention to detail; he made sure everything was cleaned up afterward and even checked in later to ensure that everything was working properly and that the affected areas had dried out. Put a claim with my American home warranty service and they schedule me with arvid plumbing. Jesse came out and looked at my toilet I told him I had a crack in the tank he was at my house for 2 minutes took pictures and then proceeded to call the warranty company and said it had a crack but it was not of normal wear and tear. How could a crack in the tank not be normal wear and tear. I talked with Chris the supervisor and he explained to me the crack started on the top and that is why they said it was not normal wear and tear. The warranty company denied the claim and I had to fix the toilet myself. I would not use this company or advise anybody else to use this company. Disappointed
