Herbert clearly explained what repairs were needed and gave us a price that was much lower than we expected. He let us know he had family commitments, so the earliest he could officially fix it would be the next week. Although we understood and told him family comes first, Herbert surprised us the very next morning by calling to say he could come by and take care of it immediately.
