They showed up when they said they would, explained what was going on, and took care of the issue without any hassle. The work was done cleanly and professionally, and you can tell they actually care about doing the job right—not just getting in and out. It’s not easy to find a plumbing company you can trust, but this is definitely one I’d recommend and use again.

After our neighbor’s plumbing work caused an issue in our home, Billy quickly identified the problem—a piece of equipment installed backwards—and fixed everything right away. He even corrected the neighbor’s issue at no charge. Outstanding service. Highly recommend Arizona VIP Plumbing!

Jet came out to my Condo & did an excellent job & was very professional & patient. I had a leak we couldn’t find in tub going to downstairs neighbor & he was patient and found it. Being there much longer than intended & if the HOA wasn’t there watching I’d given him bigger tip for his time. I unfortunately had my entire HOA of 6 show up for this & the lady below gave a bad review. Truly sorry for this & it was very unexpected but he handled it professionally & also helped discover some plumbing issues at my work & found the issue. I would highly recommend this Gentleman to anyone needs a professional to do any inspection!
