We had a great experience with Arizona VIP Plumbing. From the first call to the job being finished, everything went smoothly. They showed up when they said they would, explained what was going on, and took care of the issue without any hassle. The work was done cleanly and professionally, and you can tell they actually care about doing the job right—not just getting in and out. It’s not easy to find a plumbing company you can trust, but this is definitely one I’d recommend and use again.

After our neighbor’s plumbing work caused an issue in our home, Billy quickly identified the problem—a piece of equipment installed backwards—and fixed everything right away. He even corrected the neighbor’s issue at no charge. Outstanding service. Highly recommend Arizona VIP Plumbing!

Jet came out to my Condo & did an excellent job & was very professional & patient. I had a leak we couldn’t find in tub going to downstairs neighbor & he was patient and found it. Being there much longer than intended & if the HOA wasn’t there watching I’d given him bigger tip for his time. I unfortunately had my entire HOA of 6 show up for this & the lady below gave a bad review. Truly sorry for this & it was very unexpected but he handled it professionally & also helped discover some plumbing issues at my work & found the issue. I would highly recommend this Gentleman to anyone needs a professional to do any inspection! 1) I emailed a request Thursday pm (I would prefer to talk with a human) 2) I received a call back early Friday am (yea! actually talked to a human- Maria) 3)I was able to scheduled for an estimate that morning and received a courtesy call from Tim (the plumber, another human) letting me know he is on his way as Maria said he would. (Maria the first Human I spoke with) 4)I accepted the estimate, Tim started to work immediately. The job was finished that day at the time he had estimated and the cost was within reason to his estimate. 5) I would highly recommend Arizona VIP. I greatly appreciate the professionalism both Maria and Tim showed and especially appreciated Tim's hard work, and honesty. He was considerate and respectful of the property and explained things as he worked to solve the issue. I am just really really happy with the service I received today.

We cannot say enough great things about Arizona VIP Plumbing! First, Tim came out to assess the situation. He was straight forward, and even gave us different options for needs. He was very kind, professional and we really felt like he cared about getting our issues fixed. He was simply awesome! Being that this was through a home warranty (we just bought the house 5 months ago), we thought this would go smooth as silk. It did not. I had so much back and forth with the warranty company that I was getting a headache. Although this is not VIP’s fault. This is where the next best thing happened. Shauna stepped in and really helped make things happen. We weren’t getting far enough, fast enough with the warranty company, and I know that Shauna had to have went above and beyond to get the answers we were seeking from the company like she did. She was very helpful in helping us understand our coverage and billing more than the actual warranty company. The crew that was here to fix everything for us were outstanding! Tim was here along with Trevor and his apprentice, Rex? and they were able to amaze both my husband and myself with how well and quickly they were able to get our job done… and this was no small job. Main line slab leak- need I say more? They were FANTASTIC! My yard was put back together. My sidewalk doesn’t look all janky. The sawed hole in the wall was put back together nicely. The hole in the garage floor looks good. They really did an amazing job, and we are very grateful and pleased.
