A&S Drain Cleaning

Called Shane after 10 pm on a Sunday night and left message on his answering machine . He called me back within 3 minutes and was able to come out early the next day. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and diagnosed took care of our issue within a 1/2 hour. His prices were more than fair. Would highly recommend. 5 Star service.

Shane is great. Responded to my inquiry quickly, came out the next day, assessed the situation and fixed my drain clog within 15 minutes. He also snaked the outdoor drain pipe which is not any easy job. He did not make a mess and is really pleasant to be around. Very happy with his work and ethic.

I called Shane on a Sunday - during the eagles game because my sewer cleanout was trickling water and had purged some paper. He took the call, asked me a couple questions and talked me off the ledge that it wasn’t a dire emergency - saving me an emergency surcharge. He scheduled with me for Monday between 11-1 and indicated that he’d text me when he was at previous job to give me a heads-up on timeline, then again as he was finishing that job and heading my way. His communication was impeccable, followed through with exactly what he promised. Upon arrival, he set my expectations quickly and clearly for what I’d be looking at with regards to possible issues, resolutions and associated costs. Fortunately for both of us, it was a simple fix, his pricing was fair, up-front and honest. Finally, he went above and beyond with a part that he had on the truck that would save me headaches in the future. All things considered, i didn’t expect to have a great experience when I came across the cleanout backing up, but Shane came through and it was really a great experience. Too often these days, service providers fail to communicate, deliver and often nickel and dime (got quotes from other larger companies for more than double, and they promised to call but never did).
