My technician Scott has been out to my house twice now. Always very professional, knowledgeable and gets the issue done efficiently and effectively. He explained everything clearly so I understood what went wrong and the solution. This company is definitely my go to for all my plumbing needs. I also don’t feel the price has been bad at all. I feel very safe in trusting them and recommending them.

Sean was amazing. I bought a range/stove (gas) from Home Depot and their delivery service couldn’t have been more incompetent. After 3 minutes with their crew I knew I didn’t want them handling gas couplings in my home. I called Assurance Plumbing, Sean showed up within an hour and had it done SAFELY in 20 minutes. My advice is to skip the Home Depot installation and go straight to Assurance. It will cost you a little more, but if your time is remotely valuable—skip straight to Sean and Assurance. #Sean4theWin

I was referred to this company via word of mouth... from a guy that did some work for me on another job... He recommended Mike at Assurance Plumbing & heating, and I'm glad I followed his advice! I am ecstatic because I didnt have to file bankruptcy, because of Plumbing repair!!! Mike was very friendly, professional and efficient! My service with Assurance was great! They were able to schedule my service quickly and the communication was great. My technician Scott was friendly and efficient. I also appreciated that he discussed some additional work that would help with slow draining because of the pipe configuration but there was no pressure to do it right now - but something to consider for the future. This was my first experience with Assurance but based on it they will be the first people I call for any future plumbing needs.

Assurance Plumbing recently installed a Navien gas tankless water heater for us. From start to finish these “Pros” were extremely knowledgeable about tankless water heaters and the best fit for our home. Their customer service and follow-up was second to none. Their technicians were patient, always willing to explain the process and very effficient. We can’t say enough about certified technician Chris Wilson and his installation work. You can expect excellent results from Assurance Plumbing. We’re highly recommend them.

Had issues with the toilet and needed a plumber asap. I called Assurance plumbing and they were able to schedule someone to come out the next day. Tim showed up ahead of schedule the next day. He was extremely professional and very experienced. Awesome service! He was not only very thorough but was able to complete the whole job in only an hour and a half. Toilet works great now all thanks to him. 100% recommend!

I had a great experience with Assurance Plumbing and technician Tim Mendez. Tim came out to my condo in Sedona after I noticed the water pressure was off and the faucets were no longer providing a steady stream of water. He thoroughly inspected the issue, clearly explained what was causing the problem, and walked me through the recommended repairs. Tim replaced the PRV (pressure reducing valve), and the difference was immediate—everything is now working perfectly with strong, consistent water pressure throughout the condo. While he was here, he also replaced the fill valve in our toilet, which had been running continuously, and fixed that issue as well. Tim was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. The workmanship was excellent, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend Assurance Plumbing and Tim Mendez for any plumbing needs. Outstanding service!

Assurance has done great work on plumbingfor our home. Two new fixture installs and a pressure regulator. All very well done and quickly. Prices are reasonable. Communication with staff is excellent and all technicians are knowledgeable and able to offer solutions to any issues that may occur during the work. Appointments are kept in a timely manner.
