Are you happy with your kitchen sink? I wasn't - so we just had David with Aurora Plumbing replace our worn out double kitchen sink with a new modern single bowl sink to make washing larger cookware and sheet pans easy! We have had David take care of plumbing jobs for us in the past and when I'd had enough of my sink I knew just who to call. David came promptly to take a look at our old sink and recommend what I should look for in a replacement. Once it was delivered we scheduled, he arrived right on time, and got right to work - quickly, efficiently, and cleanly the old one was out and new one in with no surprises - and at a reasonable, fair price. Remember with tradesmen you're paying for their knowledge, skills, and confidence in them standing behind their work - David and Aurora check all of those boxes. David with Aurora Plumbing goes way above and beyond just fixing a plumbing problem. My sinks needed some replacements for various problems. Maureen was a wonderful help, to this limited computer knowledgeable senior citizen, in ordering the correct parts. David also recognized that my water conditioning unit was no longer effective. We had never been told about the carbon filter needing to be changed at five years. He replaced the unit for me, arriving on time, did the install quickly and NEATLY. He is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend David and Maureen at Aurora Plumbing!! (He is also a dog lover which makes him #1 in my book!)

I was in dire need of a plumber as I had a broken water line in the front yard by the main water spigot. I called several Plumbing companies but no one could come out quickly enough for my needs. I then found Aurora Plumbing & Mechanical, on Next Door, and David immediately requested my address and pictures of the water break. David gave me a time frame for an arrival and communicated several times with me to update the arrival time. I was very pleased with the fact that he communicated with me instead of leaving me in the dark as to his arrival time. Once he arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. David finished the job ahead of schedule and explained to me what he was doing throughout the process . David was a pleasure to work with. He is personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed my interaction with him. The work that was performed was done in a professional manner. His price was good and most importantly he responded quickly and did the job quickly. I highly recommend Aurora Plumbing & Mechanical for any or all your plumbing needs. Five stars!!

We have had Aurora out to do a lot of work recently due to a root intrusion on our sewer line. Dave coordinated all of the diagnostics and saved us a lot of money finding a company that was able to hydro-jet the sewer line to solve the problem. We turned around with the saved money and did several upgrades. We installed faucets, new toilets in all the bathrooms and the best purchase was a new water conditioning system. We LOVE our new Supernova water conditioner and I talk about it all the time. We had wanted a saltless conditioner for several years. Dave will give you straight, honest answers. It is so refreshing to not have to worry about someone selling you things you don't need, or overpricing the things you do need!
