Eddie and Angel showed up on time. Very professional they had booties for inside the house. Installed water softener, faucets and fixtures. Use authentic if you are looking for great quality work. Also at the fraction of the price compared to Parker and sons
We’re very happy with our water heater/water softener installation and re-piping, 2 estimates were given and all details were arranged. We were given a prompt start date and a second finish date, but all work was completed in one day, and thoroughly cleaned up after. It was refreshing to deal with Authentic after first trying to work with a different company and having to keep contacting them for info.
Eddie replaced my toilet valve and supply line. He also replaced my sink faucet. He was on time, super nice, cleaned up after, and everything is working perfectly. I’m really happy with my experience and would recommend him for any plumbing needs.
