Eddie and Angel showed up on time. Very professional they had booties for inside the house. Installed water softener, faucets and fixtures. Use authentic if you are looking for great quality work. Also at the fraction of the price compared to Parker and sons

We’re very happy with our water heater/water softener installation and re-piping, 2 estimates were given and all details were arranged. We were given a prompt start date and a second finish date, but all work was completed in one day, and thoroughly cleaned up after. It was refreshing to deal with Authentic after first trying to work with a different company and having to keep contacting them for info.

It’s always easy to do business with a great company. Being a senior citizen and having a toilet that was 14 inches off the floor presented several issues. We appreciated Eddie’s professionalism. His willingness to listen to all our questions and address them clearly was much appreciated. The ease of having very minimal downtime without water was a relief. The respect of our home with both Eddie and Angel always wearing shoe covers was great. Both Eddie and Angel’s teamwork to complete all the items in less than a day was impressive.
