I am appreciative for the professional and thorough services that I received from Avanti Plumbing Drains company. First, they responded to my call on Friday, January 30, 2026 immediately. Jennifer who answered my call was pleasant and reassured me that they could offer me quick service to address my hot water tank malfunctioning issue. It was making slow drips from a valve. Less than a hour later, Brandon W. confirmed by text that he was on his way. Brandon was professional and courteous. He inspected the hot water tank and determined that my issue was not an emergency. However, he advised me that I should consider replacing my old tank due to the fact that it was over eighteen years old and it would eventually develop more serious and costly problems. Another reason why I am appreciative of the service that I received from Brandon is that I did not feel any coercion to make a decision right away about buying a new tank. He presented the facts on how much a new one would cost and he offered me options of brands that I could select from. Because, he was honest and helpful, I agreed upon purchasing one from the Avanti company. Finally, I am appreciative of the fact that Brandon was prompted and he came with all of his equipment to service me on Monday, as scheduled As the day progressed, he addressed all equipment matters with accuracy and thoughtfulness. It is a miracle to be able to find a company today who is professional, kind, efficient and just thoughtful about providing good and reliable services. To the team at Avanti, I say thank you. Avanti Plumbing saved us today! It’s a Friday afternoon. Our toilet overflowed on its own. Friends recommended Avanti. I called Avanti right away. They sent Bennett right out. He spent two hours at our home - fixed the clog deep in our plumbing and gave us an estimate and lots of info on the larger repair we’re going to need. We’re extremely grateful for your fast, kind, expert response to my initial call. We can live comfortably in our home this weekend thanks to Bennett and Avanti! Cheers!

We recently used Avanti Plumbing to install a cast-in-place liner in our existing sewer line. From the moment we called, we were very impressed with how personable they were. It started with a phone call where the manager, Eric, picked up and sent out Dylan the next day to meet us and provide us with a quote. We were very impressed with Dylan’s expertise and knowledge and his patience for answering all our questions. They worked with us on cost so that we could stay within our budget. They dealt with the permitting and took care of all the of difficulties the township was giving them for our project. When the crew arrived, the owner Anthony came, to make sure the crew knew exactly what needed to be done. The crew lead, Mike, was very responsive to our questions, and provided us with updates throughout the days they were there. The rest of the crew, Ervin, Fidel, Ivan, Bennett, and Brandon all were very courteous, worked efficiently, even through the rain, and went above and beyond cleaning up after themselves. We greatly appreciate the care they took while they were working at our home. After the project was complete, Anthony stopped by one last time to check the work that was done and make sure we were satisfied with everything. We are planning on using Avanti again for another project we have and couldn’t recommend them enough.

Avanti installed a water treatment system. Timely response to our initial contact, helpful discussion of alternatives, very professional tradesmen. Clear discussion on what to expect during installation (e.g., water would need to be turned off for a lengthy period of time). Protected floors while bringing in tools, supplies, and equipment. Installation went more quickly than anticipated, after which Eric gave a thorough explanation of the new system and what observations should trigger a call for them to return to investigate. All-in-all a very positive experience; we won't hesitate to call upon Avanti again should the need arise.

Eric was very helpful! He was really informative and optimistic. After about 15 minutes the issue with our frozen kitchen tubing was resolved. I’ll definitely be keeping Avanti in mind for any and all future plumbing issues!

Update 11-April: I hired Avanti based on my experience with the estimate and I am beyond grateful that I did. Huge shoutout to Mike, Ervin, Ivan, Fidel, Derrick and Dylan who all truly exceeded my expectations. If you have any sewer or plumbing needs I encourage you to consider hiring from Avanti. Not only is this a local family business, it is apparent the team members truly care and enjoy what they do. The repair was completed as if they are working on their own house. Thank you, thank you, thank you! (Also, shoutout to Jen with calming communication and Anthony for getting me scheduled so quickly due to the timelines of my needs) Dylan and Brian came out to my home to give me an estimate for a sewer line replacement. Dylan was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and professional in his explanation of the issue and options for repair. Brian was also professional and clearly paying attention to Dylan’s customer communication and approach as he is in training. Both amazing guys!

I had a new hot water heater installed today by Avanti Plumbing & Drains Inc and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I actually found them online and what initially stood out to me was their workmanship and attention to detail in the photos, along with all the great reviews and they absolutely lived up to it. Jen called me right away this morning, sent over an estimate quickly, and was even able to fit me into the schedule last minute, which I really appreciated. The guys who came out did an amazing job. They were clean, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. I’m a pretty picky person when it comes to work being done at my house, and I can honestly say these guys are the real deal. Working with Avanti Plumbing was one of the best contractor experiences I’ve had. From the first estimate through the completed installation, the entire team was friendly, respectful, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. They replaced my sump pump, installed a battery backup system, and replaced my water heater, and the quality of the work was excellent. What really stood out to me was the level of care they showed while working in my home — they went above and beyond to keep everything clean and treated my house with real respect. While working, they noticed that my pressure regulator was approaching its limit. Even though it didn’t need to be replaced immediately, they spent several minutes walking me through the pros and cons of fixing it now versus waiting. There was absolutely no pressure to move forward with it right away, but the time they took to explain my options and potential outcomes made me feel comfortable and confident in deciding to handle it then and there. Eric was awesome, from the initial contact, you know Eric knows what he's talking about and what he's doing. My Sump Pump finally went after 38 years and Eric had one a new one installed in no time. Avanti is very easy to get in contact with and very quick to get out to you with the correct repairs needed. Two Thumbs up from us!!
