I was having a really hard time with my water heater, until I called Balfour Plumbing. Within a few minutes they were able to tell me that my water heater was still under warranty and could replace it that day. The service men were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and communicated clearly. I have never had better service. I will be using Balfour again.
We have used Balfour Plumbing on multiple occasions. They installed an ADA high-efficiency toilet for us. Balfour employees are courteous, polite, and on time and do incredible work. We highly recommend them for any plumbing needs in your home or business. If we could give them a 10 star rating, we would give them 12.
Balfour has been my "go to" company for plumbing. I really appreciate them. Last time they prioritized my job because it was a leaking water heater. They were quick! Lorenzo and Isaiah came to fix a leaking tub/shower faucet and Lorenzo patiently worked on the stubborn stuck parts without damaging them. I'm impressed with their professionalism. They had parts to replace some of our corroded aged drains on the same trip. Thanks for taking care of our plumbing!
