Barlow Service Experts

Had Ty come from Barlow Experts this afternoon. He was excellent at his representing the company. He called before he arrived to advise me he was on his way. When he arrived he was extremely professional and had a great attitude. He worked hard on servicing both of our furnaces. Unfortunately one of our furnaces is in our attic. This did not cause Ty any problem from climbing up his ladder and work his way up into a tight entry. Ty was very informative about the work he did and gave us advice about some options we have going forward. We were very glad having Ty be our service representative.

We unexpectedly had our furnace go out on a Saturday, Barlow was able to come out within a couple hours and take a look at what was going on. We ended up needing a new Furnace, their turn around time was 2 days. They came and spent a full day removing and installing a new high efficiency furnace with a new a/c system. They cleaned, removed all old parts, explained in great detail every step of the process and reconnected a return vent that wasn’t hooked up and installed a new vent as well. The team was very well educated on what they were doing and they were all so kind, professional, knowledgeable and helpful in any questions I had. We opted to go with there Advance program which provides yearly service and any repairs or services calls we may have at no extra cost to us. They stand by their products and (Lenox) and value their customers. Highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs.
